Once you enter, anything goes. No fantasy—however dark and dirty and depraved it may be—is forbidden. You have no past, no inhibitions, no morals…and no memory. All you have to cling to is the memory of a scorching touch, a searing kiss, the wet slide of skin on skin, and the heat of breath across your flesh. Step forward… Turn the knob… Step through the seventh door...

So this seventh door brings us to the here and now, Hannah's real life.

It may not be what you expected or some of you may have figured it out along the way.

All the missing pieces are finally coming together...

This was bullshit! After all the time and energy I've put into this series, I haven't even reached the end of the series and I already know Hannah is in a coma and she is having fantasies about her cockholding lover, Conrad, while her husband Charlie is in the hospital room with her unconscious body. Apparently, Charlie is a cheater, so Hannah cheats on him with Conrad.

I HATE stories where the main characters are unfaithful to each other or their spouses.

F*ck this series!

Once you've been sucked in to The Black Room...

There no going back. Total curveball with this door. So heartbreakingly devastating that can actually feel like this could be you and your life. I can't wait to dive into Door 8 to get the answers swirling around in my mind. Well done Jasinda!

I received an ARC of an honest review of this work. And we're back to the contemporary part of the story. Their connection moves me, and I'm understanding the fantasy needed in her life. Hannah and Conrad's connection is the story, her deep need and fulfillment is in her mind and heart. Loving it. Time for Door 8 and the final story of their romance.

Step through into THE BLACK ROOM.” (Book #1)

“Silence. Perfect, utter silence. A drowning quiet. A longing, deep and unfulfilled, soul-deep, a bone-deep need for something I cannot have; the first sensation. Pang of loss, gnaw of guilt, acid bite of shame, burning heat of lust, a deep delicious soreness in all the right places—all of these sensations roil and coil and mingle together, wedded; the second sensation. I open my eyes; the third sensation.
I’m in the room of black doors.” (Book #2)

The Black Room Series By Jasinda Wilder and Jade London kept me enthralled from beginning to end. I really didn’t know what to expect going into this series, but the synopsis intrigued me so much that I went on a one-clicking frenzy and snapped up the entire series to devour- and devour them I did.
The books are all quite short, quick and easy reads. But each one packs a punch, keeping you guessing, and completely engrossed by the story. I had so many questions right from the outset. There is a real mysteriousness to the whole story that had me trying to guess where the it was leading, and entirely unsure of the outcome.
Each book adds another layer to this complex and intriguing story- there are so many facets, which when layered on top of one another begin to build a truly fascinating story. From book one where we are really not sure where we are, how we got there, or what the heck is happening, the black room, all the doors, all the discoveries, and encounters, book after book, door after door, layer upon layer- things are never quite as they appear- and they way this series/story is pieced together, and the ‘revelation’ at the end was really clever!
This book/series is HOT, erotic, dark, delicious, and unputdownable. I read the entire series back to back- and enjoyed every second. This is definitely a story/series I won’t soon forget. It’s one I can see myself revisiting again in the future.
Brilliant!

Thank you, Ms. Wilder and Ms. London!!

Stunning

Absolutely stunning! Books 1-6 amazing, unique in concept. A love that plays out in many different scenarios, different personalities and different settings but always focuses down to just two bodies, hearts and souls. Is there such a love that can entwine two people into one soul? Yes, yes there is! When you finally find the other half of your soul. Soul-mated. This book is THAT.

The pieces are fitting together but I am going to keep my thoughts to myself as not to spoil this journey for anybody else. I know the prior doors are full of fantasies but the one thing that bothered me in this one was how Hannah and Conrad met. It was a bit odd, but I can easily overlook it since I am so wrapped up in this series. Door 7 makes me more curious about her life with Charlie. I never understand how relationships get to this point or why people cannot just ask for what they want.

This installment is by far my favorite, at least thus far, to the point that I want to knock a star off each of my prior ratings so this one really shines through. But I won't.

This is one of the most unique series I've ever read. My recommendation is to go into it completely blind - don't read other reviews or summaries of any of the books. There is more to the plot than meets the eye.

Hannah's real life. She's married to Charlie, but he's cheating on her. She meets Conrad at her dock and they start an affair. There's a portion like both men are arguing over her like she's in a hospital, so we'll see if this is all about her getting back to him

Little to no plot prior to first low lackluster scene. Boring and over the top with no substance what so ever

This book is kinda of a repeat of the others. Would like a mix up sometimes. Think I'll hold off reading the others for now.

The Black Room: Door Seven by Jasinda Wilder is part of a serial and definitely should be read in order.

If you've stayed with this series up to this point, Door Seven contains a big "aha" moment.

Until now, I've felt intrigued by the mystery but so confused as to what's going on. In each door, the same man and woman find themselves drawn together time and again, through seemingly different lives and eras. Now, the final puzzle pieces are falling into place.

Although there are some remaining loose ends to tie up, Door Seven brings in a high level of angst and a deep well of emotion that put the other doors in greater perspective. We are finally getting answers to the questions of who Hannah and Conrad are, why they're destined to be together, and why they continue slipping from each other's grasp.

Door Eight is technically the final door (although there's a bonus ninth) and I can't wait to see how this ends.

OMG! Is this getting real or what???

I am blown away! The best yet as I feel we have just witnessed the REAL Hannah and Conrad. My only complaint is that the timeline was confusing, or maybe it was supposed to be? Were the other doors past lives or fantasies? Still not sure. Where ius Hannah! GOD, I hope we get all the answers to all the questions or I will go insane! I love the passion and how you can feel how epic this live they have is! Can't wait, starting, or going too look behind door 9 now!

Oooooooohhh.... Back to reality... That's why Charlie is being portrayed as the antagonist in the previous books.

Plus where did Conrad come from?! Suddenly appearing there without rhyme or reason.

I was wondering why Conrad kept repeating the words "You have to go" at the end of every door scene. And now I know why!

On to the next and final book of the series! Hopefully Jasinda doesn't disappoint me and my very enticed imagination.

Intense

Just as I was starting to struggle with this series, the authors hit us with an intense, confusing and sexy story. Our heroine has stepped behind another door and it feels as if the walls are beginning to crack. Could we be getting to the core of the story? I have my suspicions as to what might be going on but am going to have to read the last part to see if they are true.

No puede terminar así!!!
Después de todo el tiempo en que los sentimientos eran ocultados por lo carnal, me dejan con ese cliffhanger? Esto es injusto.
Qué se le va a hacer. A seguir inmediatamente con la siguiente puerta.

thanks but no thanks for free 4 (odd number) of 8 parts. In order to read the other 4 parts (even), cost will now be around $12. Yeah, no thanks.

The connection that Hannah and Conrad have is palpable. Pieces of the puzzle are coming together slowly and look forward to the next book and hopefully get the rest of the story.
