Are you freaking kidding me right now? Holy frek frak this is by far my fav of the series thus far. We have watched, over the first few installments, Coby deny his attraction to Brogan. Well, the cats out of the bag in this one. And boy oh boy, it's hotter than steamy hot. It's volcanic!!! But just as the two of them are starting to put their relationship together, the evil that has been haunting their town and families strikes again. And you'll NEVER believe what they do in this one. Absolutely cray cray. So crazy that it could be the end of Coby and Brogan before it even really begins. Will their relationship withstand the crazy? Man, I hope so...
There are so many things that I'd like to say about this book. All are good, of course. But my issue is that there isn't one thing that I can mention without giving parts of the story away. And I'm just not that kind of reviewer. But know this....if you've enjoyed the previous books in this series, you're gonna point blank LOVE this one!

Coby and Brogan. The story I was waiting for and it didn't disappoint. They are what I was expediting but got more. Their vulnerability made them all the more relatable to me. I loved seeing past characters and future ones and they didn't overshadow Coby and Brogan, they intertwined and brought so much to the table. It does have some darker situations but this is why I love JW so much, she knows how to right this and it just keeps getting better and better. I had so many feels in this story and can't wait to read more!

This is their story, their voice.
And what a twisted, dark, sordid story it is.
I have to be honest, I am at a complete loss right now as to what to say.
My heart is broken.
It's hard to breathe.
I am speechless.
Rude has simply broken me in such a twisted way that I have no words right now.
It has completely shattered my soul.
And the funny thing is.....I absolutely loved every minute of it.
It consumed me from beginning to end.
The emotion I felt was just mind blowing and heart crushing.
I could feel the pain and the hurt bleeding from every page turned.
Both Coby and Brogan are tortured souls.
Their pasts have moulded them in to what they are today.
They have both been broken beyond repair.
So both of them do what they can to get through life.
It can be at times a dark place for them both, but yet they both manage.
But what happens when you bring two dark and dangerous souls together?
What happens when their evil sides surface?
Can they seek comfort in each other?
Or will they tear each other apart?
I honestly don't have any words that could make anyone understand how brilliant this novel is. Written with such depth and meaning, you can't help but be drawn to every page turned. You can't help but be held hostage by the darkness. You can't help but be transfixed to the sheer dark, depraved and deadly world of Coby and Brogan.
Sickly twisted, dark, gruesome, highly confronting, soul crushing and so much more.
You do not want to miss this.

Rude by J.M. Walker is the fourth installment in the King´s Harlots Series.
Be warned, this book is not for the weak of heart!
Rude is not a standalone, you should read Grit, Stain and Grim first.
Rude picks up where Grim, book three ends.
The King´s Harlots and Vice One fight against a powerful enemy.
This is Coby and Brogan´s story.
Coby is haunted by his past, he´s broken a lonely soul. The men of Vice One are his brothers but that is not enough.
Brogan is a member of the King´s Harlots. She pretends to be tough but on the inside she is as lonely as Coby.
A unknown enemy targets these two people and they have to endure unspeakable things.
My heart was bleeding for these two.
Rude has not the typical HEA. The main characters have a long road to go. And I loved this.
Rude left me speechless. Speechless how such evil can exists in the world.

I have loved this series so much! The first 3 were 5 star reads for me but for a particular reason this one will only get 4 stars . It was an amazing read but not for the faint of heart. It was heart wrenching and one of the hardest books that I’ve ever read . Coby is of course one of the navy seals in the group and Brogan is one of the King’s Harlots. She has something dark in her and when Coby realizes that they both have that dark inside of them that scares others, they come together perfectly. I loved how dominate he was . I loved that she was a kick was heroine. This book addressed a subject that was hard to read . Spoilers are ahead!

So the traffickers now are collecting boys and men to sell. A character gets taken and is raped numerous times . It was not addressed as rape . It was spoken of many times that this male character “fucked” the female trafficker. I’m sorry but this hit a sore spot in me. Why when women are raped are we so understanding but when a man is raped he did something wrong. He was portrayed as cheating on his girlfriend . He was chained up , beaten , stabbed, raped with a strap on dildo, and then the woman threatened to kill his girlfriend if the guy didn’t give her his cock. Come on . How much does it take before this guy is acknowledged as a victim . I’m not mad that it happened but I am mad that this opportunity wasn’t used to show how the male character suffered . Instead he was going to make it up to his girlfriend for the rest of her life . Wtf !!! If she had been the one raped he would never have gotten away with saying she “fucked” her rapist! She would never have to make up for letting someone rape her that had tortured her to save his life . He was the victim here !!! He was RAPED! Use the word J.M. Walker just as you would for a woman who was victimized by these assholes!

Ok . Now that I got that off of my chest I want to say I was hooked. I love this series and I love how strong Brogan and Coby’s love is . I can’t wait to see what happens to Dale and Max next !

Rude is the third book in J.M. Walker's King's Harlots Series. You need to read Grit and Stain before reading Rude or you are going to be lost. This series is about a all female MC and a elite group of Military men. All the books focus on a different set of characters but contain the other characters and a big evil they are trying to rid the world of.
Coby has a past that haunts him. He is always silent and withdrawn because of things that have nearly broken and destroyed him. Vice One is the family he has always needed but he finds himself wanting more. More in the form of the Brogan Tapp and the darkness she tries so hard to hide from the world.
Brogan pretends to be happy. She smiles. She laughs. Everyday she goes through the emotions of everyday life when in reality she is a scared little girl inside. She tires so hard to be what society considers normal. But who is to say what normal really is. Coby Porter though helps her to embrace the darkness within and shows her it's okay to be different. They find what they need in each other. They take comfort and relish in it until an unknown source takes pleasure in trying to tear them apart.
I am so excited to have gotten Brogan and Coby's story. They have always been kind of a huge mystery to me and stuck out to me while reading the previous books in this series. Their attraction to each other is epic. Coby though tries to deny it.......until he doesn't. Let the fun begin. And when I say fun I mean welcome to what has to be J.M Walker's sexiest book to date along with the darkest in the series. If you read my reviews you know that I love a good old kinky dark read any day of the week. Rude does not disappoint and I totally wasn't expecting it. Coby and Brogan have been through things that nightmare's are made of. They are two lost souls looking for a release and a peace they find in each other. However, the bad guys are never lurking far behind. Vice One and the King's Harlet's never seem to catch a break in seeking out these evil people and ridding the world of them. I absolutely loved both Coby and Brogan. He is quiet and reserved for reasons you have to read to find out and she is just one tough female character. I would hate to meet up with her in a dark alley and expect to make it out intact. There have never been two people who are more perfect for each other. I loved the way they discovered that about each other. I loved their interactions. I simply loved them period. End of discussion.
If you haven't read the first two books you are missing one amazing series. I never fail to devour these books in one sitting. They keep you on the edge of your seat and there is never a dull moment. Plus the steam factor in Rude is off the charts hot hot hot. Your kindle might possibly melt from all the heat. I so can not wait for the next book in this series. There are just so many things I have to know right this second.

Get ready guys we get to meet our next couple BROGAN AND COBY! from vice one and the king harlots MC. This is there story and what a dark and twisted story it is.
Rude has left me rolling with so many thoughts and emotions. I knew this book was going to make me feel all the feels so that's why I held off on reading it.
I was consumed from the very first words that this author wrote. The emotion I felt was mind blowing. I could feel the pain that both these characters have endured in there lives through every single page. It was like I going on the ride with them.
Coby and brogan both have tortured souls, their pasts have made them into the people they are today. They both have been broken beyond repair. It can become very dark for both characters to deal with but they find a way to deal with it.

Wow! These stories are getting more and more intense and darker and I am loving it! Both Brogan and Coby have dark pasts and fit perfectly together. Secrets are revealed from both their pasts and events starts taking a turn onto the dark and scary side. This book will have you holding your breath until the end and the suspense is at times crazy intense!!!

Coby…Coby ….Coby!! This brooding alpha is everything I wanted and more. I was so excited for this book and man was I happy!!
Brogan…Brogan..Brogan!! This girl kicked my butt. I knew she was kick a$$ but reading her story and everything that she has gone through…..WOW. I never expected her to be the one push Coby away. I figured HE would be the butthead not wanting to commit but when Coby commits, he commits!!
There is so much happening in this story but holy crap was I blown away. The things that Coby and Brogan endure and come out of was insane. JM dug deep for this book. There was a lot of sexy time, dirty talking and butt kicking. But to see Coby being tender….I mean WHAT!! Who saw that coming? Not me. I mean yeah he is so naughty and even made me blush because who knew knife play could be so *gulp* hawt??? Not me!!
There are times in the book that might make you cringe…..yeah poor Coby and what he has to go through but the strength that he has and the resolve to be with his girl……I dunno who I love more…..Asher or Coby. I think Coby stole me from his brother that is for sure!!

Walker drops us once again into the dark and gritty world filled with MC's, special-ops, and human trafficking with Brogan and Coby.
These two have interested me from the start of the King's Harlots series and I'm so glad that their stories are finally told.
Brogan Tapp is the smallest of the all female MC's club, but don't let that size fool you into thinking she's weak. Growing up with four brothers made her tenacious, the darkness inside of her made her a woman that you did not wanna mess with. She's has a crush on Coby since his team came on the scene, but having gotten up the nerve to ask him out only to be shot down she does what he wants and gives him his space.
Coby Potter is a member of Vice-One the special-ops team that is now intwined the King's Harlots due to love. Being a Navy sniper and a member of the special-ops team he has seen and done some dark s**t. The darkness is all he knows and he deals with it by lots of sex with random skanks. He wants Brogan but, he doesn't want his darkness to get her, she's too good. Oh, he knows she isn't some pure lily white flower and that just turns him on more.
When they finally get together it is dirty and raw, which is perfect for these two characters and they in all their darkness are perfect for each other.
While still trying to find the person in charge of the trafficking ring s**t, goes down and that darkness inside them both ultimately was save them. I love a story with a strong heroine, one that can be soft with her man but tough as nails to the world outside their circle. Brogan is that woman and Coby lets her be what she needs to be and loves her for her even more because of it.
I adore that we see our favorite sadist Dr. Santos at the end. I have no idea who the next book is going to be about but, I do know that there is still a lot that the Harlots and Vice-one have to deal with and its going to be bad.

Brogan is that woman and Coby lets her be what she needs to be and loves her for her even more because of it.
I adore that we see our favorite sadist Dr. Santos at the end. I have no idea who the next book is going to be about but, I do know that there is still a lot that the Harlots and Vice-one have to deal with and its going to be bad.

Broken, and lost his past defined his present and to him the future, until he met Brogan. Little by little she was changing him showing him what the future could be. Brogan is a little touched, repressing the loss of her parents, she fails to connect with men. Coby, he was the exception, he was proving that together they were more than their past and their future was made for their passion.
Danger, suspense and passion is what the future holds for them once they overcome the battles ahead of them.

5 Star Amazing
Rude is the third book in this series and should be read in order. The characters from the previous two books appear in this book but are an integral part of each story. This books focus is on the characters Coby and Brogan.
The Members of Kings Harlots and Vice One battle against the most heinous and evil of enemy's. Coby is invested in his relationship with his Vice One brothers, his background being far from stellar and supremely lonely. Brogans love for her sister Kings Harlots is deep and heartfelt but she also shares a similar complicated and haunted loneliness to Coby. They connect on so many levels but when they are the targets of an unknown enemy, these two will go to battle to protect each other against the evil that stalks them.
Not your usual HEA and definitely a story not for the feint of heart but a story that deserves to be read.
Highly recommended series by JM Walker.

Cody and Brogan's story is another not for the faint hearted read. With the explosive lust and let's not forget the always underlining threats, we continue into book 4 of this series and we also continue on JM Walkers rollercoaster ride.
Both with their own secrets from their pasts and the continuing threat to both their friends, will they become one or will it tear them completely apart?
I'm never disappointed in this authors pushing the boundaries ways and commitment to never shying away from a steamy love scene. But I'm on the cusp of wringing this authors neck as I'm again left waiting for the next book in this series to hopefully answer some questions that have been plaguing me since the first book.

This series just keeps getting better.
Coby is my favorite to date, he's a loner, has his own issues and deals with them his own way.
He has demons and no matter how much he tries to keep them at bay, sometimes he has to let them out, problem is the woman he wants to turn them loose on has no clue what he's capable of.
Brogan is flipping amazing.
She's smart, strong, independent and everything that Coby needs to calm his demons. What ever he needs to dish out she can take, they are so perfect for each other.
She has her own demons, she doesn't realize just how much their mirror Coby's but she's about to find out!!
And just when you think things are going to work out there's a tipping point, a huge one that made me curse and want to cry.
I adore this series, it's unique with characters that burrow into your soul and stay there. Loved Rude and cannot wait for more.

Holy crap balls!!
This book was absolutely positively intense!!! Coby freaking Porter!!!! Swoon worthy!!! Coby and Brogan's relationship takes things to new heights!!!! I loved absolutely everything about them!!! Their love, their passion and even their darkness!!! It was an absolute turn on!!!! Call me twisted but hot damn!!! This book made me hot in all the right places!!! And man I can't believe all the crap that they went through!! But that Brogan she is definitely on bad b****!!! This book was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to read the next one!! J.M. Walker has one very dark and twisted mind and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Once again we are thrust into the world of The King's Harlots and Vice One and there is NEVER a dull moment while reading ANY of these books!!!
Have you ever read a book that has you so invested that you completely and utterly break when something tragic happens to any of the characters? Well THAT is exactly what J.M Walker does with Rude. She rips your heart out of your chest (more than once) then you slowly heal along with the characters.......
My favorite type of series is a continuous story line throughout the entire series and each book concentrates on one specific couple, but you also get a glimpse at all of the others that came before this installment!!!
These stories are extremely well written you FEEL the story while you are reading it. You FEEL them pain AND the joy AND the fear they all feel. BUT..... you ALSO wish you could be right there in the middle of the action fighting right along side of them!!! Coby and Brogan have got to be my favorite couple in this series, I love them all but there is something extremely RAW them that if you ever went through tough times in life, YOU can connect to them on a whole other level!!!
I can't wait to see what's next for our Feisty females and Sexy Seals!!!!

1st off, anything by J.M. Walker is a MUST READ in my book now!! I can't seem to get enough of her.
I"m not the type of reviewer that tells you the story. I can't. You need to read it yourself to get the full effect like I did.
Colby and Brogan OMG, I have no words that describe these two but PERFECT!
This book has blown me out of the water. There are triggers, that if you are easily triggered by abuse, I don't think this would be a good book for you. If you can handle anything, I suggest picking up this book, and the others, and get to reading. I cried, I will admit. This really touched me big time. If you've read the other books, you will want to read this book. LOVE IT!

OMG..I do not even know where to start, this book was 4 star until the end and then it blew me apart. I sat reading this thinking, "No, the author would not go that far"...Well yes she did and more....Coby and Brogan were my 2nd fav couple after Dale and Max (and after what happened at the end I'm not sure I am going to cope with their book). Why Why Why did you do that to Coby, I will never understand and it was a very tough read, but they are both such a strong couple they probably are the only two who can deal with what happened. This series has just got better and better. A tad too much sex in the book but somehow it works.

This is book number three in the Harlots MC. This book follows Coby and Brogan. As you know if you read the other books in this series , Coby is part of the Navy SEALs group Vice-One and Brogan is part of the Harlots MC. They both have very secretive pasts. They both have a very dark personality and have many, many faults and problems. But together they can accomplish anything if they are one unit.
Once again the organization they all are trying to stop pops up and rears its very ugly head. This time Coby is enter stage.
There are tears, OMGs and some very dark moments but all in all it was s fantastic book.

Sweet baby Jesus! This series is taking everything from me, but I can't stop!! Darkness consumes Coby and Brogan in its own way but together will the light shine through?
Brogan is one bad a$$ chick but fights with her own demons as does Coby, but he sees so much more when he looks at Coby. But there are dark forces are determined to break them and their band of brothers and sisters.
Literally, this book and Stain (book two), I had a lump in my throat, a tear in my eye but so much hope in my heart. I may need to. Breathe little before I move to Book Five! Oh, and did you know that a certain somebody may or may not make an appearance in this too?!! Boom!

This book was much less repetitive and it feels like the author finally had a good grasp on what they wanted to write. The characters actually seemed like different people this time around and not just rewrites of the original characters. The story line in this one was darker and flipped the script from women to men. Make sure you read trigger warnings bc there is miscarriage in this book. It doesn’t go into detail but it is said.
This book was a good mix of the last three together, with fresh feeling characters. There’s so many loose ends and plot lines that just end because the main bad guy runs away and hides.

Wow, heed the warnings, because that did turn pretty dark towards the end, in a way that was damaging to the characters. Before that, we had our couple finally acting on their attraction, and realizing how well suited for each other they were. Before that, we had them becoming a team, in life, in troubles, and in their hearts. They are unique in their dynamic, but it works for them, and that is all that matters. And that damage, they will move through it together, and be strong er because of it

I didn’t know what, I going to get with RUDE, but I was not disappointed at all. This is the story about Coby and Brogan who seem so different, but are totally the same in so many ways.
From the first page till the last, this story kept you on your toes. These two had so many issues personally, but they bonded in way that, I even didn’t think was possible. Throughout the book, I loved Coby even more, but what he went through in the past and now just broke my heart. I loved seeing the secondary characters throughout this book and I can’t wait for their stories. In this book, you get a very good storyline, with lots of angst and some very I mean very sexy scenes, that will have you fanning yourself. I promise you that.

Fantastic book! Very dark at times but Coby and Brogan are superb characters. Coby is a Navy Seal and seems to be very hard and broody. Brogan is my kind of woman. She’s not afraid to stand up for herself and can look after herself well. At times she is well aggressive and when the darkest takes over, she can and will do anything. Coby is similar and that’s what makes them fit together well. A fantastic book!

Wow ..This book was freaking amazing. Heart wrenching mind blowing twists turns made me want to throw my kindle. I absolutely loved it. I love these two together. So much between them you can easily see that they are perfect for each other. No matter what is thrown at them they fight for their love. Amazing job so well written story line. Grips you from the beginning and has you on the edge of your seat until the very last word. Highly recommend this one.

These two deserve each other in almost every way imaginable, they balance each other out; the Ying to her Yang...she even brings out the talkative side of him. 😲

Great writing on J.M.'s book. There were some really sick people in this book. There is a lot of drama and u always look for a happily every after, but in these books that's not the case. There is always trouble over their horizon. Can't wait for next book. Hope it's Dale. Feel for Max and her loss and Dale in a Coma. Hope these 2 find their way.
