Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott stir my rock girl heart strings with this wonderful mix of sweet and sexiness interweaved by an aluring musical background.
“She’d twisted every past experience into a mere soundcheck versus the real deal. She was the big show that would forever change him.”

West Reynolds, keyboard player extraordinaire, may look like the most carefree and fun loving guy in his band, but deep down he carries a heaviness that comes from knowing he’s not worth much except for the music he makes with Warning Sign, the band he formed with his two best friends, until he meets a woman who while on a quest to study fandom shows him he’s worth everything.

Psychology major Lauren Bryant wasn’t interested in rock music or any of its components until she has no other choice but to do a study on groupies. Immerse herself in the roll she finds herself having the time of her life going to concerts while still trying to get material for her paper. She never thought that a wild crowd surfing pianist would invite her to be her own personal font of information on all things rockers.
“Getting insider detail to add richness to her make-good project on fandom was the number one reason she’d whipped off her shirt in the crowd of a rock concert.”

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of reading rock books by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot, they’re an amazing writing team producing fun, sweet and sexy stories filled with delightful characters laced with their great love of music.
“I don’t always say outrageous things. Just when I’m breathing.”

Lauren and West are both so easy to love. Lauren is this smart, quirky and yet naïve virgin who says what she thinks and thinks what she says, and has no qualms with her hymenally intact state. She made me laugh with every other thing that came out of her mouth!
“So this is your research?”
She flicked down her phone with her thumb. “Asking people seemed to make them uncomfortable. I looked at some instructional videos, but most of them were very uninformative or boring. And the people were not attractive. At least your penis is quite nice.”

While West is a one night stand kind of guy he has no problem slowing his pace with this open and honest woman and opening up to her in return.
“It was easy enough to relax and laugh with West, almost as if they’d known each other for years. Ignoring the sexual tension between them, he already felt like a friend. Someone she could trust.”

Even though their journey towards love started off a bit bumpy, it was above all sweet, fog-up-my-eReader steamy with a very natural feel to it.
“Dirty talk is like music. It’s not just a certain combination of lyrics and notes. It’s the mood, the feeling, the personalization.”

While Lauren and West get to know one another, they do so while on tour surrounded by the entire very eclectic Warning Sign gang which not only provides us with the chance to catch up with characters from previous books, it also helps move the story forward while giving it an intense musical context with everything that a rocker lifestyle entails from backstage, onstage and even offstage excitement.

Dirty Duet is book #3 in the Found in Oblivion series by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott. It is a standalone, contemporary rock romance, told from both point of view with a happy ending.

Slick's review:

Lord save me from sweet but oh so sexy dirty talking musicians, on second thought don’t save me let me just bask in the glow of them! Dirty Duet is the latest book in Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott’s Found In Oblivion series and I loved every crazy, funny, sentimental, sexy moment of it.

Lauren Bryant is not your average rock and roll groupie, not by a long shot, yet she can’t seem to stay away from Warning Signs concerts not even after getting thrown out by security and threatened with legal action by their “ninja blond manager.” Sheltered, a bit naïve, and super smart Lauren likes who she is when she attends the band’s concerts so when she catches the eye of keyboardist West Reynolds during his crowd surfing she can’t believe her luck when he pulls her up on stage with him or what happens next.

I always appreciate romances laced with humor and this book had it in spades; the things that came out of Lauren’s mouth had both me and the characters in this book laughing out loud. While she didn’t mean it to be funny most of the time, it was hard not to laugh at her observations, her take on the rockstar life, or her crazy questions about everything. While I would have liked her to be a bit more independent, I admired her spunk and the fact that she was determined to live life to the fullest while doing her research on groupie mentality.

West surprised me with his depth and the way he accepted every little thing about Lauren’s background. I liked that he really listened to her; he found her fascinating and didn’t want to take advantage of her situation. He was really a stand up guy and it was easy to see him fall for her a little bit each day. On the flip side, Lauren understood from the first night that West was special and saw all the good in him even when people tried to paint him with a different brush she knew from the way he treated her that he was special. The time they spent together was a combination of crazy fun, explorative sexy times, and quiet get to know one another moments; I appreciated the normalcy of their growing relationship and the fact it was relatively drama free given that West is the member of an up and coming band.

It is so easy to become immersed in the books this writing duo puts out and Dirty Duet had me completely hooked from beginning to end with its sweet, fun, sexy goodness.

When you have two fantastic authors who have given you the best in rock romance you have high hopes when their next book comes out and Dirty Duet did not disappoint. Lauren was not the typical groupie. She had a mouth that was totally unfiltered which gave me some of the best laugh out loud moments. I also loved that she was a "normal" girl with a body that had all kinds of curves. It was those curves that she had on display at a Warning Signs concert after keyboardist, West, encouraged for tops to come off as he body surfed at one of their concerts. It was Lauren's curves that got West's attention while he was in the audience and he didn't want to miss the chance to see who this woman and was impressed by the way she looked like having fun. What else could he do but bring her onstage with him. There was just one little problem...Lauren was one step away from having a restraining order keeping her from getting 50 feet from the band!

West was a tortured musician who had dealt with some pretty heavy stuff his whole life and some of the secrets weighed heavily on him. It was Lauren with her virginity and uncensored mouth that was beginning to make a change on West. These two couldn't be any more right for each other but would they realize that and admit it before it was too late?

On a side note you may have seen that there have been comments about the errors in this book; DO NOT let this keep you from reading a fantastic rock romance by these two outstanding authors! Either way this is still a 5 star read.

I received this book as an ARC for a freely given honest review.

Another fun book in the Found in Oblivion series. As crazy as the basic plot of a sexy romance between a Rock Star and a Virgin seems, the writing is so good, it is believable and fun, seriously steamy and romantic. Heroine Lauren is scattered and flighty, but the story is so well written that I found her and their relationship charming. We saw West in earlier books, but got real insight into his heart and I liked him and loved their romance. Favourite scene in the book was with West and Michael in a hospital chapel - it was touching and I had to grab for Kleenex at my heartfelt sniffle. This Series just keeps getting better. Rating: 4.5 Stars I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an unbiased review.

Your are going to LOVE Lauren Bryant! She's a heroine who's straight to the point, limited filter, funny and VERY quirky...which all comes from her social awkwardness. The stuff she said just had me rolling.

And her brand of crazy was PERFECT for West Reynolds. He'd always been the crazy one in the band and what started out as an attraction to her large boobs turned into a fun night of hanging out and fun conversation. It was seriously one of the cutest and most adorable beginnings to a rockstar/fan love.

Dirty Duet was PURE, sexy entertainment!

If you have read any of Cari Quinn & Taryn Elliott's books you know that the story will be a hot one and this one is no different. How you can make a virgin sexy to a hot rocker is mind boggling but that is exactly what we have here, West and Lauren are great together. I enjoyed their easy banter along with Lauren's non-filtered mouth, don't get me wrong she is not a trash talker...shoot it took forever to get her to say pussy or fuck...but she doesn't think before she says things most of the time and believe me when I say it will cause you to have some laugh out loud moments.

3.7 I am all about the rockstar romances and this duo has done a great job with intertwining together to create this story. Lauren being a psychologically major and having limited sexual experience fits the personality portrayed here but at the same time to me she seemed a bit robotic more often then not. West is the keyboardist for the band Warning Sign, he is all about his music and not much else until he catches Lauren in the crowd during a concert. As the story develops I did enjoy seeing Lauren open up and continue to push past what she’s known and be open to try all the desires she’s wanted. West shows us that there’s so much more to this man then meets the eye. This is a standalone in a series so if you don’t read the books in order you won’t be lost which in my case worked out wonderfully. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

This book was sweet, funny, but oh so sexy!!! West has met his match in Lauren the quirky, groupie research writer, virgin who catches his eye at one of his concerts. She's perfect for him, as he for her. Lauren maybe a virgin but she has studied her Tumblr to learn about sex and is dying to experience it all. West doesn't do more than one night with a girl, but decides to give Lauren a weekend which becomes so much more. Both have had screw-ups in their lives, which they are still dealing with. Their love is fast, but beautiful. This book is about friends, family, and firsts! It's a great read not to be missed. I love that Dirty Duet gave us more than Lauren and West's story, but a little bit more into all of the bandmates of Warning Sign.

REVIEW: DIRTY DUET is the third installment in Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott’s contemporary, adult FOUND IN OBLIVION rock star, romance series. This is keyboardist for the up and coming rock band Warning Sign, West Reynolds, and psychology student Lauren Bryant’s story line. The FOUND IN OBLIVION series is a spin off from Quinn and Elliott’s LOST IN OBLIVION series. Several characters from LIO and the authors’ HAMMERED series cross over and make cameo appearances for familiarity and cohesion. You do not have to have read the other series to follow or understand the events of DIRTY DUET. Dirty Duet can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty.

Told from dual third person perspectives (Lauren and West) DIRTY DUET follows the building relationship between Warning Sign’s keyboardist West Reynolds, and Lauren Bryant. Lauren has been banned from getting too close to the band. Events from the previous few months found our heroine in stalker-mode as she struggled to get close to the fans, the groupies and the members of the band-all in the name of research. An innocent night spent with West Reynold’s finds our heroine on the road, and behind the scenes with a rock band, and a man with whom she will fall in love. The $ex scenes are intimate, exploratory and seductive. Our heroine is a virgin who quickly learns what it is she is willing to do for the man who will steal her heart.

West Reynolds struggles with memories of the past; a broken home and a one-time girl friend who took from West all that he was. Lauren’s past finds our heroine battling her parents about her future, and her best friend about the path she has chosen to follow. A true book nerd, Lauren uses Tumblr as her answer to many of her sexual questions.

All of the members of Warning Sign play secondary and supporting roles including Juliet Reece (Triple Trouble), Michael Shawcross and Chloe Adams (Bedded Bliss), former drummer Ryan Waters; bus driver Denver Casey; drummer Malachi Shawcross, and lead singer Molly. We are also introduced to Lauren’s best friend Professor Ethan Haywood –a man who may or may not have a romantic interest in our story line heroine. Ryan and Denver’s story line is next in Lost Lyric.

The world building takes the reader behind the scenes and on the tour bus with the members of the band. We get up close and personal with their rituals and preparations on the road; their fans, their personality quirks, and the diva-like performances and actions of their leading singer.

DIRTY DUET is a slow building story line; an encouraging and engaging tale of romance, love, heartbreak and pain. The premise is energetic; the characters are passionate and inspiring; the romance is provocative and sexy. DIRTY DUET is a playful and animated look at one man’s chance at a happily ever after.

Great Story but

Let me start by saying that I have bought every rock star book by this amazing duo and enjoyed them all so this review will be in two parts.
Lauren and West's story is funny, sweet and oh so sexy!! Lauren is hands down one of the funniest characters I have read in a long time, her no filter
dialog will have you laughing out loud, which is the ying to West's yang,as he is suffering from past hurt and Lauren is just what he needs. While the
romance and connection may seem fast it was believable. Only complaint here is wish there was more.
Part two of this review - The errors in this book were too many to ignore and if there were beta readers or an editor involved, it sure didn't look like it which is a shame. Authors write and everyone makes mistakes, even writing reviews however Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott are far too talented to have this take away from the story.

I can always count on this author duo to combine the heat and the passion for music in their stories, and the latest Found in Oblivion rock star romance definitely showcases both. Lauren is researching what makes a groupie tick, and in doing so, finds herself in the perfect position to get an inside look when keyboardist West of Warning Sign brings her onboard for a close up look. I loved Lauren's unfiltered voice - she speaks her mind (including revealing to West right off the bat that she's a virgin) and comes across as a touch naive but sweet and focussed. West is usually a one night stand guy, but the thought of introducing Lauren to a host of sensual delights makes him want to keep her around as long as she's willing to stay. This is an insta-lust/insta-love story but hits all the right notes for me. Steamy sex scenes, backstage band drama and onstage close up views combine with a sweet romance to make this worth the read.

Note: a copy of this story was provided by the authors for review.

Cari and Taryn have done it again. I absolutely loved this book. West Reynolds may have been the wild man in the band, but he was also the sweetest. His patience with the virginal Lauren made my heart melt. Lauren Bryant was a trip and half. And her ability to speak her mind the way she does was something I envied.

I not only loved the main couple of the book, but I loved everyone else too. I also liked the little shout-outs to other characters from other books. But I also LOVED the band. Molly will be interesting to watch fall in love--whomever it is better be ready for a diva.

I was instantly intrigued by a couple other people in the book---Ryan and Denver. I instantly thought that they were either hooking up or trying to avoid it....especially Ryan.

So, I absolutely recommend this book to anyone who likes a sexy as hell rockstar hero, an intelligent to the point of awkward heroine and all their crazy friends. Go read it!

The Delight
Good time guy meets virginal researcher and fun time, not to mention funny times arise. A love triangle, some rock tunes and a little blunt talking make this a fantastic read.

Review
What a cute and sexy story. How can it be cute and sex at the same time? Well, I don't really know.

We have Lauren - virgin, never done drugs, never been drunk - and lacks the social norms on how to function without being blunt, over exuberant and quirky. Going to Warning Sign concert frees her from the constricts of society, where everyone can just be themselves. Deciding to research sexuality, she goes about innocently stalking Warning Sign where she hooks up with West Reynolds.

West Reynolds is an originally member of Warning Sign, a band he created with his best friends.  There are lots of stories about his man-whore ways, but he is honest and up front...and don't believe everything you read in tabloids.

West makes things easy without being such an asshole. He digs the often naive, but smart things Lauren spouts on her road to understanding groupies sexuality. She may be innocent, but she is also adventurous. Most men would take advantage, but West is such a good guy and helps lead her to her discoveries, losing a little of his heart each day to her.

Lauren's often bluntness is refreshing and humorous, keeping this from being to bogged down with drama. Warning Sign is still an upcoming band with all the stress drive to make it big. Lauren adds a new layer to the group without actually being a part of the band. This is probably one of my favorite books in this series.

Throw in Lauren's best friend, Ethan, who thinks he's in love with Lauren, but also has his own man-whore ways. The love triangle doesn't get too heated, but you feel for the man who doesn't get the woman in the end. But don't worry, he gets his chance in a later story.

This series moves on through the band members, with each giving a little more piece of the band to us. This was a slice of heaven in things to come.

I just sat down to re-read this book and I loved it just as much as I did the first time I read it! Found in Oblivion is an awesome series by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott and this book is a great addition!

This book focuses on the keyboardist West. While he's surfing the crowd during one concert, he sees Lauren and is mesmerized by her bra and what's inside the bra! Lauren is a nerdy grad student trying to write a paper. Unfortunately she took this sociology of fandom type class as a lark and plagiarized an important paper. This gets her in trouble with the university and kicked out by her parents who happen to be very prominent professors. In an effort to get back into good graces at school, she's taking this paper seriously and has been stalking this rock group, Warning Sign. West plucks Lauren out of the crowd where they play on the keyboard together and Lauren takes over as she's been playing for many years. As they go backstage, Lila (the group's manager) recognizes Lauren as the stalker girl and is threatening legal action. West takes Lauren out for the night.
They go out for food, amongst other things and the scene with them in the pizza parlor is hysterical! It's not just the pizza that is HOT! Lauren has a habit of saying whatever is on her mind without any filters which has West spewing soda out of his mouth on more than one occasion. At one point Lauren blurts out that she's a virgin and she's expecting West to leave because that's what all the other men have done before him. It's not your usual virgin story and I don't want to give everything away but this book is HOT, funny, sweet, entertaining, and serious (as they delve into West's past).
West is a really good guy and Lauren will keep you laughing with the things she says. I couldn't flip the pages fast enough to see what she would say and do next!
Found in Oblivion is a rockstar series that you don't want to miss!

Dirty Duet is the third title in the Found in Oblivion series, featuring the band Warning Signs. Although you could read this title as a standalone, I would highly recommend reading the previous books in the series first to save you going back to read them later. As with any Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot book, this is a fabulous read laced with humor, sweet, sexy and emotional moments.

Lauren Bryant is an incredibly quirky and unique character that i absolutely adored! She often speaks without thinking, and it leads to some incredibly humorous results. On more than one occasion I was laughing out loud. I loved how relate-able and unaware she was of her appeal and her incredibly intelligent, yet naive personality.

West Reynolds is Warning Signs keyboardist. He's a bit wild at times, he tends to act first and worry about the fall out later. He hasn't had an easy life, and he's not a typical hard core player, that usually appears in a rocker romance. He's a genuine guy with a heart of gold and readily accepts Lauren at face value.

I loved watching their relationship bloom as they shared a range of Lauren's firsts. The love scenes are fun, intimate, steamy and full of heat and affection.

I really adore how Cari and Taryn, interconnect their books and continue the stories of their previous couples within this story line. It was wonderful to see the couples who appeared in the previous books appear within this story line.

Dirty Duet is told from a dual point of view, my personal favorite. This title is highly entertaining and engaging, much like the previous titles in this series. I loved this book and was completely captivated with the story line and read it in one sitting. I look forward to the next title in this series and cannot wait to see the rest of the members of Warning Signs find their happy ever after.

Fabulous Story & Narration🎧 Sweet & Spicy🔥

Dirty Duet
Found in Oblivion Series, Book 3
By: Cari Quinn, Taryn Elliott
Narrated by: Kai Kennicott, Wen Ross

Wow, Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott deliver another amazing story set in the Oblivion word and I loved every word of it. This series features the band members of “Warning Sign” a new up and coming rock band who is the opener for Oblivion. This third book is West Reynold and Lauren Bryant’s story. West is the bands keyboardist and Lauren is a geeky posing as a groupie for research purposes. She was busted trying to get backstage at one of their shows and was banned from future shows. But that does not stop her and when West surfs into the audience and he notices her and is intrigued. He brings her on stage and she impresses him with her skills. I love how these two clicked, her honesty and ability to speak her mind was admirable, they were perfect together and for each other. I also loved how everything plays out, there story is well plotted and there is never a dull moment, with plenty of drama, emotional and heartfelt moments, a touch of angst and some hot loving and romance. Thank you Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott for another fantastic book!!

I listened to the Audible edition, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross are talented narrators and voice artists. Their duet performance continues to rock this series, bringing the characters and their stories to life. They do an awesome job portraying each of the characters, grasping their persona to a tee, sounding just as I picture them to sound. Wen Ross’ take on West was perfection, as was Kai Kennicott’s Lauren. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen🎧

Love these two characters

Wes and Lauren. You don't really get much of Wes before this book, so if you're not obsessed with reading in order, this is a great, fun story to introduce you to Warning Sign. While most of
The characters feature in other stories, they all work as stand alone with HEAs.

I would have given this book five stars, but it is riddled with typos and one or two half finished sentences. I get it. The writers had a good time with this story and rushed through it. The pace is borderline frenetic, and I can definitely see how the characters took over the story and barely let the authors get a word in edgewise.

As much as I hate the virgin trope, they do it in such a different way, that it just works for this story. It doesn't feel like a trope. Lauren is a fully fleshed out character (ha!) without the hang ups that tend to define most virginal characters in romance novels. You know the ones. The ones who behave like they're Regency flowers with defiling imminent and "oh no, what is that thing pointing at me and what do I do with it", while living in the internet age. I support and approve of Lauren's Tumblr addiction.

While I would have liked more of Wes's backstory, they make it a point that neither of them are defined by their pasts. Unfortunately, this makes the moment where they split ( it's a formula for a reason) a little jarring. There were great supporting characters and I do love Denver and am looking forward to her story.

I have read all the Oblivion books (Lost in Oblivion and Found in Oblivion). I love how all of the characters have unique personalities that you just ant to find out more about. Some of the characters take a little getting used to before you love them, however West and Lauren were two I could love from the start. Lauren is probably one of the best female characters in any of the books. She is funny, quirky and all round a girl who just wants to live a life she feels she was denied. She is who she is and she just wants to find someone, besides Ethan, who will accept her for herself. Enter West. He isn't sure what to make of Lauren initially but then realizes she is the most "real" person he has met in a long time, besides his friends.
Their story is sweet, funny and sexy. If we admit to ourselves Lauren ask questions we all would have liked to ask when we were just starting out. And you have to love West for taking her in stride and just seeing where things go.
This story will keep you wondering where they are going and can they get there unscathed by the bad that we all encounter.
Can't wait to read Ryan and Denver's story but I'm not sure any female character will give me as much laughs and put a smile on my face like Lauren.
I received this ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.

So I'm not really happy with my rating, mostly because I am usually pretty darned entertained with these books. And I'm not saying I wasn't entertained exactly. The relationship between West and Lauren was really sweet. And there was kinda insta-love, but it was the kind where they're both questioning how it can feel so right so fast. But then West had sort of a mini-breakdown, which I didn't understand until later, and that sort of precipitated him leaving Lauren behind, which I didn't get AT ALL. I was glad that they ended up together. But I dunno... I think him leaving for the reason that he did kinda messed up my overall feeling of the book. I thought it was stupid. Altruistic, sure, but totally not called for. And then they kinda made up and it was over. I also kinda wish her keyboard skills had been worked into the story again. There was a prime opportunity at the hotel (maybe they could have snuck in to duet something on the unruined piano?)... it was her "in" and it was very effective at the beginning. I dunno, I guess I just wish it had been brought up again... something else they have in common. I'll still continue with the series... I'm interested in what happens with the rest of the bandmates... this just wasn't my favorite.

I'm sad it' s over. What need I say more. These two writers are just unique. Nobody can describe live concerts better than them. Just go ahead and read other books of the "rockstar" genre, you 'll come to the same conclusion. okay, so that 's understandably 5 Stars for writing. Although this time in the last third of the book I've encountered two missing half sentences and two missing verbs, two missing personal pronouns.... seems the proofreading team got carried away by the story, too. And tell you what: the characters are so tangible and loveable, plus there are a number of sweet little cameos by people from the Oblivion and Hammered, I completely forgive them their little editing mistakes. And the plot.... chapeau to their ability to artfully reveal bits and pieces of background Information throughout the story, just enough to keep you informed but not so much it's annoying (don't we all know those books where the MC climbs into his 50.000 $ cherry red Corvette built 1970 and looked at his silver Timex watch his father had spent 1000 $ on for his graduation from Stanford. ..). And enough hints and building up tension /concern about what is happening with Ryan and is there going to be a second contact between Molly and Professor Ethan?

Another good book in this series. In this book, we get to see West take his shot at love. When he sees Lauren at a concert, he had no idea what he would get when he took her backstage. Lauren is a great heroine. She is honest and funny as hell. She has no filter and what she thinks comes out of her mouth. As she learns about West's world and about what being with West is about, she was a lot of fun to watch. Lauren comes into her relationship as a very naive person. After a few weeks with West, she knows what she wants and she isn't going to settle for anything less. I really enjoyed watching her character grow. West is a good guy with a few demons. He has to learn to put those demons to rest if he has a shot at a happily ever after.

Loved catching up with this whole crew. It was a good read.

Another great book in this series. I fell in love with Cari's writing a while back and she's yet to disappoint. Lauren is a quirky girl that has been sheltered h r whole life. She's decided that she is going to complete her writing on the life of being a groupie and really gets into it. She never expected West to pick her out of the crowd and bring her on stage. But that is the beginning of their story. The love they have for one another is evident from the beginning, and their chemistry is off the charts. Little virgin Lo has no clue what she's getting into, but she's an active participant and refuses to let go...until she has to. Through tears, I finished this book even though I wanted to beat West with a cushion. You've gotta read to find out their twists and turns, and I guarantee you'll love it. I voluntarily received and reviewed an ARC.

I loved West and Lauren. She is learning to be a groupie and West is in the band.

I love the take on her being a virgin and I love that Lauren has a big mouth and says EXACTLY what she thinks with no filter. West was instantly drawn to the girl who was getting carted away by security. Their chemistry is awesome and you can just feel the sexual energy dripping off of both of them. I feel like they bring out a side of each other that just makes them each better.

Both have a sad back story which I will leave to you to read, so they both have issues and want to overcome things and prove things. It makes for a great story as it adds some drama and more intrigue.

This book is a fun read from the very first page all the way to the end.

Lauren Bryant is a Warning Sign groupie. She has gotten to the point where she needs to wear disguises to their concerts so she is not kicked out by their manager, Lila Crandall. She has the hots for their drummer, Mal but she'll take any opportunity that comes along to get close to her favorite band.

West Reynolds is the crazy keyboardist of the band and is known for his one-night stands and antics on-stage. When he sees Lauren in only a bra at their concert he brings her on-stage and then heads back-stage when he discovers who she is.

But a night of surprises is in store for West and Lauren when he discovers that she is a virgin who is also a psychology student studying about groupies and rock stars. Will West and Lauren discover there's more than what appears between them or are they from two different worlds without a chance?

This was a great book and so funny! There were definitely some serious moments in the book but so many laughs.

Lauren was such a crazy character. She had absolutely no filter and I loved waiting to hear what was going to come out of her mouth next. The conversation between her and West while they were in the pizza restaurant was just incredible and I'm so glad that I wasn't drinking like West was! Yet it was also interesting to learn more about Lauren and they way she grew up and the problems she was going through with school and her parents.

I really wasn't sure what to expect with West. I loved that he was so carefree but that Lauren's mouth shocked the hell out of him. I also really liked how he knew that she was different than the usual groupies and treated her accordingly.

Both West and Lauren had pasts that they needed to deal with before they dealt with their future. I hated what West did to Chloe at the end due to his own insecurities but I knew where he was coming from.

Another great book in this series!!

West is the keyboardist for the band Warning Sign and he is the wildest of the bunch. Lauren is young, innocent, and a virgin who is studying the mindset of groupies. Together these two just click in a way like no other. Lauren had me in stitches with some of the things that would just pop out of her mouth. Both West and Lauren have some baggage and what Cari and Taryn story would be complete without some. This book had all the makings of a great Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott book, great characters, dirty goodness, sexiness, and a well written story that grabbed your attention. I voluntarily received an ARC in exchange for a honest review.

This is another fantastic book by these ladies. I Always love when they have a new book coming out and I know it will be amazing no matter what.

Lauren and West were the next in line and I loved this book just as much as the others! Lauren is a virgin and studying groupie behavior, she doesn't expect to end up on the radar of West, keyboardist for Warning Sign.

West is the wild child and he always is doing crazy antics and it's fun to read them all. These two are the definition of opposites but the attraction is immediate and definitely red hot. I love reading about all my rockers and I can't wait for more from these two amazing authors!

Another great addition to this series. I enjoyed West & Lauren, they were fun, sweet & totally sexy. I was surprised a little with this book because all the other women in the series so far have been strong stand on their own feet women & Lauren’s not written as that type. She seems as if that’s who she should be but she’s not. West was different from what I expected also, with his secret child & his feelings of inadequacy I was surprised he wasn’t more of a wild child/man. Their story was sweet as we watched them each grow up a little more & it was definitely sensual as West lovingly leads Lauren into exploring her sexuality & losing her virginity. Recommend to read.
