This is a handy guide for those who need to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
I love the recipes which I will certainly try.
The book was an easy read, but someone who is serious about losing weight may have to read a second or third time to grasp the valuable information therein.
I recommend it to all who are up for the 30day challenge.

Not very informative

Not very informative. Limited and repetitive recipes. You would get board fast.
If you are new to low carb you need more information.
