Lennon Montgomery is scared. Absolutely scared shitless of love.
When the floor fell out from underneath her perfect childhood, it shattered her ability to trust. The one man in her life who was genetically programmed to love her left her. Since then, she’s allowed men into her bed and even into her life, but never into her heart.

Until him.

Jamison Henley has never wanted a woman for longer than it takes him to make a guitar. He’s content living his life and loving only three things: making guitars, cooking great food, and Martha, his black pit bull. He never chases women, and he’s never had to.

Until her.

One night together changes everything. There’s no going back to the way it was before.

She doesn’t want to want him, but she does.

He knows he wants her, but he can’t have her.

I was born and raised in Ladner, a small farm town just outside Vancouver, Canada.

I never expected to be an author. Writing was something that snuck up on me and rooted itself into my life. It was beautiful to discover that love, and I’m truly grateful to say I’ve found my passion.

If I could leave y’all with one thing, it’s that life’s far too short to not live it out loud. Drown in your passions, hold on tight to the things that inspire you, and chase your dreams relentlessly. I can promise you without a doubt that you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

Mad love,

Anne Jolin packs another hot as hell punch in her newest book in the series, Choosing Henley.

And Henley...sigh.

From book one, my heart was set on Mr. Jamison Henley so I was thrilled he had this book...and boy he did not disappoint. But first, let me tell you about the badass heroine, Lennon. Sometimes I felt she needed a pair of steel-toed boots for all the butt kicking she did!

"Time to nut up or shut up, Lennon. You can do this." (Her inner dialogue was always cute as hell)

Lennon was one of those tough girls that hardened her heart because of her past. Her Daddy upped and left her and her mother without so much as a word of goodbye. It crushed poor little Lennon and changed her. She morphed into someone that didn't let anyone into that fragile heart of hers. That is, until the sexy Jami storms into her life. Then, it is out of her hands as he literally takes control of her heart and promises to protect it.

"I've got you."

"You're going to love me, Beatle. Fight it all you want, but when this clock counts down a year from now, you'll be mine for good. Just you wait and see."

"You're mine already, you just don't know it yet."

https://p.gr-assets.com/540x540/fit/h...

At first, Lennon is adverse to Jami's overt pursuing because him having been a past player before he met her and with her "daddy" issues, she finds it very difficult to trust him.

http://media.giphy.com/media/10Cyp7tN...

Jami, God love him, just wants his Beatle. She catches him, hook, line and sinker. Unfortunately, his Dorito Barbie ex-girlfriend tries, on more than one occasion, to rain on their budding romance. Unlucky for her, Lennon doesn't take crap from her or anyone else.

I really enjoyed this book...like smiled and fanned myself the whole time. Jami was definitely swoonworthy!

This is Lennon and Jamison’s story. I am really enjoying this series! She is a beautiful independent woman. They are so attracted to each other and after having one night of explosive sex he is determined for more.
Lennon does not easily trust due to her painful past. He is a gorgeous alpha male and wants her back.
This is a fast paced romance with everything in a book that makes it so good!
Storyline and characters are well written and I enjoyed the storyline. Each book are standalone and delicious 😋!
The narrator Lucy Rivers is amazing! I enjoyed listening to this book with her !

Lennon is a 25-year-old hairdresser who does not let herself get attached to men. At the age of 13 her father left her and her mother to chase after his new family…a family that had been on the side for a very long time. This was very painful for Lennon and because of this she finds it extremely difficult to trust anybody and is permanently resistant to giving her heart to somebody for fear of it breakin. Seven months ago she and her good friend, Jami, had a one-night stand. This actually could have been longer than one night but Lennon took off before the sunrise and has made it clear to him that she does not want a relationship.

Jami is a sweet guy. He has a dog named Martha (after Martha Stewart) and has kept the swingset in the backyard of the home he recently bought because some day he wants kids. He is a dream catch, but he doesn’t last too long in a relationship. He currently has a Malibu Barbie on his side and even though Lennon pushed him away, it still hurts to see him with somebody else.

Jami is an attentive guy. He knows that deep down Lennon wants to be with him. New Year’s Eve brings Jami and Lennon one step closer to their inevitable connection.

“You’re going to be mine, Beatle. Fight it all you want, but when this clock counts down a year from now, you’ll be mine for good. Just you wait and see.” His chocolate eyes are locked on mine, and I can’t look away even if I tried. “You’re mine already. You just don’t know it yet.”

Swoon…Beatle is his pet name for her as her first name reminds him of The Beatles. Jami is somewhat of an alpha male but yet does it with tenderness, and never pushes Lennon out of her comfort zone. He knows that Lennon would never take the initiative at planning any dates with him and would come up with a reason not to go out with him, so he pretty tells her what they are going to do and when he is going to pick her up. He invites himself along to have dinner with her mother and even her mother is swooning over him. Lennon just needs to let go of her insecurities and lean on Jami. He has made his declarations of being in this for the long haul, but Lennon just cannot get over her trust issues. Finally she has a lightbulb moment.

My heart swells for him, and in this moment, I know what I want to do. It’s not going to be everything he wants from me, but it’s something. Something more than I’ve been giving so far.
“I want to try,” I say so quietly that I’m sure it could have been easily missed.

Hallelujah! Lennon has seen the light!! Now she and Jami can embark on their happily ever after. Jami is more willing to put himself out there in terms of his feelings and he is accepting of Lennon’s hesitation to proclaim hers. He knows what she feels, she just can’t admit it to herself.

“I know you’re not ready. I know you can’t say it back now. I hope one day you can, but I’ll wait as long as it takes you to be ready.” He rests his forehead on mine. “I love you, Beatle. I’m in love with you, I think I always have been. I could never break your heart because breaking your heart would break mine.”

Let’s hear it again…swoon. Even Lennon has to admit it… The only natural reaction to the things he says is to swoon.

There were a couple times when the wind was knocked out of my sails while reading, but I love that feeling. A good book isn’t made with hearts and flowers alone. I need to feel something other than happiness and the author made that happen.

“I waited too long,” I croak out, looking at Hannah. “I always thought we had time. That I’d have time to tell him.”

This is the second book in a series, but it can be read as a standalone. I did not read the first book and never felt like I was missing a part of the story. If you are looking for a delicious male to make your heart swell, then Jami is your man!

Review:
“He pulls away, looking into my eyes, seeking some kind of clarification. I smile, hoping that my face is able to tell him things I can’t with words. Not yet anyway.”

5 choose me stars!!! Another great book in the series!!

Lennon and Henley both refuse to enter a relationship they’ve both been hurt and the last thing they want is to give up their heart to someone else. But the minute they meet, they know there’s something different. And when these two come together it’s hot, sexy and did I say hot?? I loved this second book in the series so much!! It’s the perfect blend of sexy and super cute!!!

A typical determined hero/afraid-to-love heroine story line. And honestly, I could care less because neither the hero, nor heroine "hit" me on any level, nor could the romance of it warm me.

The previous book, I likened to NA candy. Read it like eating popcorn, but this one kernel, while missing fluff, seemed unappetizing.

However, I still like this series' bunch of characters. I may try it out again without having high expectations.

This is book two in the Rock Falls series. Each book can be read as a standalone.

This is Jamison Henley and Lennon Monthomerys story. Lennon refuses to let any man into her heart. Jamison wants Lennon. Can he prove he's trustworthy?

Loved this fun sexy read. Great well written story. I'm really looking forward to reading book three.

"You are the love I never saw coming until you'd already stolen my heart. you are who I want to go to bed next to every night and wake up next to every morning. I want to spend every day for the rest of my life making you smile. I want our children to have your laugh and I want to love you until the day I die." ~ Jamison Henley

If that quote made your tummy do a little flip, you're in good company. Mine felt like it was filled with butterflies through most of the book Choosing Henley.

It's not often you come across a book where the girl absolutely has no desire to fall in love. But then most girls haven't lived through the kind of pain Lennon Montgomery has lived through. At age thirteen, the man who was supposed to love her no matter what, left her. Needless to say she's been damaged ever since. To protect herself she doesn't let anyone in. Even Jami Henley who's been her friend for ages.

Of course that was before Lennon and Jami spent one very hot, passionate, steamy night together. Guess what? Jami the player wants more. It's Lennon who throws cold water on any idea of them being together. She doesn't want to ruin their friendship, but she kind of does since after their night together, things are different between them.

You can see from the first page Jami is clearly into Lennon. Even though he brings his skanky, silicone filled, bleached blonde, a monthly dinner their group of friends has, the way he wraps his arms around Lennon, whispers in her ear with that sexy voice, you know Barbie is just a means to an end (and oh what an end...wink...wink).

Anyway, Jami wants Lennon and Lennon is scared to death to let him in. But she wants to. Sweet Jesus does she want to. Truthfully, I wouldn't have been able to resist Jami after his little speech on New Year's Eve, but then that wouldn't make for a good story now would it?

So Jami brilliantly steals his way into Lennon's heart. It takes time, but he begins to break down her walls. He's sweet and patient and he gives Lennon the space and time she needs. Then there are those other needs that Lennon has. If she thought their first time together was amazing, the times after that are absolutely mind blowing. Jami Henley knows his way around a woman's body and damn...just damn.

Finally, all of Jami's pursuing of Lennon pays off. She lets him in. Admits to herself she's falling for him. Even though she can't say it out let yet, she knows it. They're a couple, an official couple. They even decide to cook dinner together at Jami's house to introduce Lennon to his parents. As Lennon shows up with the groceries, she finds Jami in a very compromising position with one very naked, badly tanned, bleached blonde Barbie.

Was it all a lie? Was Jami just playing a game with Lennon? I can't tell you. But I will tell you, Lennon is a force to be reckoned with and blondie doesn't know what hit her.

Add to all of this a plot twist that I totally didn't see coming and you get a book that had me swooning for a new book boyfriend and cheering for the object of his affection to give him a chance.

I have to say, Jami Henley is in contention to be on Riley's Best Book Boyfriends of 2014. He's gorgeous, his body is flawless and when he decides he wants something...well, the man doesn't give up. He is just enough bad boy mixed in with a whole lot of sexy goodness.

I'm giving Choosing Henley a five lip smack review. I literally swooned over Jami for almost the whole book. Sometimes it's good to wish for the fairy tale.

~ 4.5 Stars ~

I am truly in love with this series and its characters!!! I love the stories, the chemistry, and simply, the way everything has developed. Anne Jolin has created a group of friends that anyone can relate to. They’re down to earth, funny, sexy, and people you’d love to have has friends – at least, I know I do.

We met Jamison Henley and Lennon Montgomery in the first book, Chasing Rhodes, and towards the end I knew they would have a good story. Anne Jolin did not disappoint. She once again delivered a sexy, fun, and at times emotional read that kept me fully engrossed all the way through the very end.
“You’re mine already. You just don’t know it yet.” – Henley

Jami was HOT. Inked, alpha, funny, great in the kitchen, AND a dog lover! If you know me, you know I’m a dog freak, so having a man like Jamison love his dog (Martha) the way he did was a panty-dropper for me. :)

Lennon was an amazing heroine. She was witty, sarcastic, and real. She was in ways, broken emotionally and had trust issues where men were concerned which had made her avoid relationships, but trust me, her reason was valid…and heartbreaking. I felt for her. THIS is why I was beyond glad and excited about the fact that Jamison Henley was not a man that backed down from a challenge. When he wanted something, he got it, and he wanted Lennon.
“Lennon?” I turn back to look at him. “Yeah?”
“You’re going to love me one day.” He smiles.

See? Man on a mission. He proved to Lennon that he was worth a shot. That they were worth the chance…the risk. Slowly but surely she opened up to Jami. She let him see the reason why she was closed off. She let him help her heal and come to terms with the fact that she, just like everyone else, actually deserved to have a fairytale ending...a Happily Ever After.
“I’m in love with you. I think I always have been. I could never break your heart because breaking your heart would break mine.”

The way Henley loved Lennon was swoon-worthy. He was there for her in every way possible. Now, they did have their ups and downs, especially when he wasn’t a saint throughout his life, but they made it through. It made their trust, their relationship, that much stronger.

I loved seeing Greyson and Hannah and getting more of their story. I also really enjoyed getting a glimpse of the next book! I’m very curious to see where Beth’s story takes her. So yes, while each book focuses on a different couple, I would recommend that you read them in order. It will help you connect more with the group’s dynamics. 4.5 stars!! LOVED it!

Have you met the men of Rock Falls yet? Oh, what you’re missing… Anne Jolin knows how to write a man that will have you drooling and reaching for the nearest ice bucket to put out your fire!
Lennon Montgomery has some pretty justified fears about loving someone. She doesn’t want her heart broken. She doesn’t want to feel the pain of loss and betrayal that has experienced in her past, ever again. She is adamant that she will never fall in love. This means staying away from Jamison Henley. She knows he has the power to penetrate her walls, and she is determined not to let him.
Jamison is just as determined. He knows what they could have together and he refuses to let her ignore it. He promises her that she will love him, and Jamison always keeps his promises.
I liked Lennon from the first page. She is jaded and closed off, but her obvious love for her friends and her sarcastic inner monologue made for a character I wanted to get to know better. Normally, when a woman is determined not to fall in love and pushes her prince away, I get annoyed with it pretty quickly. However, her fears were so justified, that I couldn’t help but sympathize with her. And, eventually she gives in to what she’s never believed she would have. She has her head screwed on straight, and I commend the author for writing a woman that I would love to call my friend…if only she were real!
Jamison…for the love of every melting ice cube… that man is the perfect mixture and sweet and salty. He has just enough possessive, alpha male in him to burn the panties right off of me. Then he whips out this sweet and tender side, and I find myself melting into a puddle of molten lava. He makes guitars for a living (Mmmm…good with his hands? I think so.), he has sexy ink (hell yes!), and he has the physique of a guy who indulges in outdoor sports regularly (making for spectacular “indoor sports” in the bedroom).
I’ll return to these two again and again. This definitely goes on my “to be read over and over” shelf. This book can be read as a standalone, however it is part of a series. If you haven’t read Chasing Rhodes, I highly recommend it! Now, I’m just waiting (and totally bugging the author) to get to Breaking Bennett! I need more Rock Falls!!!

Now, we first met Lennon, Jami, and the gang in Chasing Rhodes (Rock Falls 1) and I personally love this gang something fierce. Jami is a man who knows what he wants and while he enjoys a bit of a challenge now and again, he always wins in the end. Lennon is a sassy little firecracker whose full of sarcasm and I love her!!Lennon doesn't do relationships and she never will, not when she had to fight to survive her first heartbreak, she makes a rule to NEVER let anyone have the power to hurt her the same way. Now.. you see ... that's a problem for Jami, because he wants Lennon, and not just for one night or a week like all his other conquests, he wants her to open her heart to him and love him forever, even if he doesn't know what secret she carries deep in her heart. Lennon is pretty stubborn and hell bent on making sure her ONE rule never gets broken. When they both share a night together, alone, if you catch my drift... her line in the sand becomes blurred and she cant decide which side she wants to be on. She's never known anyone like Jami, he made her feel and become alive, but that's all it takes for someone to start to break the walls you've been working tirelessly on pretty much your whole life. Discover the truth of Lennon's past, and watch her decide her future in this great book. Oh, and don't forget, we'll see one of the many of Jami's "girlfriends" and she'll stir some trouble. Will Jami win or lose this round? Which side of the line will Lennon end up on?? I'm sure you all have your guesses, but the one way to find out is to read this series!!! It has become one of my top favorite series and I CANNOT WAIT to follow the rest of the gang and hopefully go on the journey of their happily ever afters

I started this series on a whim in between reading I needed to do for the blog. Being shorter novels I knew I could sneak them in and boy am I glad I did. After reading the first book in this series, Choosing Henley, I knew that Anne Jolin was a good writer with well developed characters I wanted to know more about. But I was blown away with this second book Choosing Henley. I loved poor broken Lennon and devote Jami.

Jami's relentless pursuit of Lennon and his unwavering love is definitely the making of a fairy tale romance. Lennon has long since decided that a committed relationship is not something she is capable of having and even though she is extremely attracted to Jami she is determined not to fall for him or anyone else. She knows that love will end in heartache so why bother even trying.

Jamison Henley knows that Lennon is the girl for him now all he needs to do is convince hi "Beatle" to give it a shot. After she failed to give in months ago when they had one amazing night together he tried to give her space to come to reason. When that didn't work Jami embraced his inner Alpha and claimed what is his.

No woman would be able to resist Jami's charm and Lennon is no different. But can she put the scars of her past behind her and see a future with Jami?

I started this book in the middle of the night when my baby woke me up and long after she was back asleep I was still knee deep in the Rock Falls world. Anne Jolin gives good Alpha and Alpha's especially the sweet ones are my Achilles' heel. I stayed up all night to finish it and it was completely worth the groggy feeling I have today! I cannot wait to devour Breaking Bennett as Anne's stories and writing seem to be getting better and better.

If you are looking for your next bbf - You found him!

Jamison freaking Henley - completely swoon-worthy, his sexy, his fun
and likes to play the field... but hey the guy looks like a god... who are
we to judge! It took one special lady to want him to change his ways and
what Jamison wants, Jamison gets !!!

"Lennon?" He says.
"Ya?"
"You're going to love me one day" he smiles and I shake my head at him.
"Whatever you say." I laugh and close the door behind me, leaning against it.

Lennon is beautiful, fiercely independent and is as sassy as they come but she
has also felt pain, pain that no little girl should have to When the only man that
should have loved her unconditionally, her father, walked out on her and after fighting to
survive the heartbreak at such a young age Lennon made sure to never let another man
have the power to hurt her again. She guarded her heart something fierce and she would
let men into her life and her bed but NEVER into her heart.

"Fairy-tales are like wishes. You have to believe in wishes for them to come true, and I
definitely don't believe in fairy-tales."

This didn't stop Jami though. He wanted in, into her life, into her bed and into her heart.
No matter how hard she fought him, he fought back 10 times harder.

Just like Jamison taught Lennon, this book teaches us to believe in fairy-tales :)

Well done Anne, you are one talented writer .xo

Choosing Henley picks up shortly after where Anne Jolin's first book Chasing Rhodes left off. Hannah's two best friends Lennon and Jami have always had a thing for each other but danced around it because first off Jami is a total player and would never be with one girl long. Second and by no means less significant is the fact the Lennon does not believe in love after being abandoned by her father at a young age. These two are my favorite characters in the series (so far) not only are they real and raw but they are funny as hell! Jami makes custom guitars and considers himself the male version of Martha Stewart and Lennon busts her butt as a hairdresser and gives her everything to the people she loves. After a one night hook up 7 months prior these two can barely stay in the same room without it being totally awkward and their friends are starting to notice this uncomfortable tension and call them out on it. Jami has decided to move on and date "malibu barbie" and you can only imagine the one liners this group comes up with in reference to this chick. After many run ins with Lennon and near misses where Jami was literally her "savior" these two finally decide to give it a go. The charisma and sex appeal Jami Henley has still makes me sweat just thinking about it. The chemistry these two have is off the charts and I would give this book more than 5 stars if I could and seriously can not wait for the other books in the series!!!

I really loved this book. It was amazing. I may have wanted to punch Jami in the face a couple times, but he really did redeem himself :)

Lennon has an issue with trust and letting people get close to her. She never wants to feel the pain of betrayal again. She doesn't think her heart can survive it again. Ever since meeting Jami they have had an undeniable attraction. She tries to fight it with everything she has, but one drunken night changes everything. Will she finally let him in? Or will she push him away for good?

Jami wants Lennon, but he doesn't understand why she is pushing him away. He knows she has feelings for him, but is fighting them. Finally after months of watching her turn away he's had enough. Can he prove to her that he wants her and only her? Will he finally get the girl of his dreams?

This was an amazing book and I loved how we got more of Hannah and Greyson!!! I cannot wait to get Beth's story. She is going to be a tough read!! If you haven't read Chasing Rhodes I recommend reading that first. Also Anne Jolin is an up and coming author to watch for. She is an amazing writer!!

Choosing Henley by Anne Jolin

Book 2 of the Rock Falls Series

Anne has done it again. When I first read her debut novel Chasing Rhodes I never would’ve guessed that it was her first release. Her writing is amazing and she didnt disappoint me with Choosing Henley. I was actually given the opportunity to read it while she was writing it. Let me tell you, you will NOT be disappointed, Lennon and Jami’s story is AMAZING.

Jami has been in love with Lennon for as long as he can remember. Only problem is she fights him tooth and nail. She doesnt believe in love. After her family was torn apart she stopped believing in fairytales. Jami is there to prove her wrong.

Just reading their interactions with each other you know that they are IT for each other. Even before they were a “couple” you could feel it when you read about them.

I absolutely loved this book, I dont want to give to much away but all I have to say is HOT TATTOOED MEN… what could go wrong?

Cant wait to get more from Anne and her Rock Falls characters!!!

If I could it would be more than 5 HUMONGOUS STARS

Love this story!!! It's been a while since I read the first book in this series, but I fell right back in with the Rock Falls gang. ; ) This is Lennon (aka Beatle) & Jami's installment. I didn't like Lennon at first. The story is told exclusively from her POV & she annoyed the crap out of me for the first few chapters. I was worried I wouldn't like the story at all. But as I got to know her, and as Jami is featured more, I began to warm up.

Jami - oh goodness! He is full-throttle and ready to make his Beatle, HIS. He doesn't give up, he doesn't go gently (even as he DOES) & he doesn't let Lennon hide from him anymore. As she starts to accept her feelings, the story really has a sweet, sweet vibe. And there's some spicy in there, as well! *grin*

There is some drama, but it's outside the relationship & the way it's handled - AWESOME! There is also a really nice update on Hannah & Greyson's story, and a peek at what's going on w/ Beth. I'm intrigued enough that I'm going right into book 3. : )

I loved Jami, "I'd keep that tongue inside your mouth, Lennon, unless you want to show me what you can do with it," he growls, and heat pools between my legs." You can tell he's all for his girl when he gets all possessive, "you better not wear this towel outside of your room, Lennon," he growls. "I don't want anyone else enjoying the view I just got." He's so sweet and caring, "I know, baby. I'm not eating you in the kitchen," he says gruffly. "Not this time, anyway." He can be a little horny...well a lot horny where Lennon is concerned, he tries to think of her needs though, "I really did try not to wake you," he lies, and I grin into the pillow. "But I make no moves to apologize. Waking up with my c*** pressed into your a** was more than I could withstand." I loved this book and Jami made the book great, I just loved how he could keep my attention and the fact he's not afraid to put thought and effort into dates.

Another late night read. I read this book in one day, I couldn't put it down. It was just as amazing as the first book in the series. Jamison and Lennon were so different from Greyson and Hannah, and I loved every page. Jamison and Lennon both come from such different lives but they somehow click. She's kept her heart closed off to all men in her life and has a good reason for it. But she finds herself wanting to give her heart to him. Jamison isn't a one woman kind of man but Lennon makes him feel things he never knew he could feel. Will they both stop fighting what they know they really want or will they both keep themselves closed off to their feelings?
Anne is truly an amazing author. I love how different her books are from anything I've ever read. The woman are such great lead characters and know how to stand up for their men. I highly recommend the Rock Falls Series. I can't wait to read Beth's story.

Jami & Lennon's story was so sweet & heartfelt!! I fell in love with them in the first book Chasing Rhodes, but they were just secondary characters. Well, their story definitely didn't disappoint!!
Jami was so swoon worthy, sexy, sweet, caring, loving, and he never gave up on Lennon. He knew he wanted her so he went after her. He was patient and understanding with her. He was seriously made my heart melt with how sweet he was.
Lennon was stubborn, feisty, caring, loyal, and scared. She wanted Jami but was just so scared to let him in. Her past was holding her back from finding love.
This book isn't just about finding love, it's about letting go of the past and embracing your future. This book was a great 2nd installment in the Rock Falls Series!!! Fantastic job Anne Jolin!! I cannot wait until the next book!!!

Choosing Henley is the first book I have read by Anne Jolin. Lennon learned early in life that just because someone says they love you doesn't mean they will stay in your life. Lennon's dad, the one person programmed to love her, left her and her mom. Lennon finds it hard to let someone love her so she doesn't. One night months ago she spends a night of passion in the arms of a friend, Jamison Henley. On New Years Eve, Jamison made a promise that he would show Lennon true love and make her fall in love with him before the next New Years Eve. After spending several months together, Jamison professes his love to Lennon. A tragedy strikes and Lennon wonders if its to late for them. I would recommend this book and can't wait to read more from Anne Jolin.

"My heart is scared of loving him, but my head can’t deny that our souls seem to be intertwined."

This series keeps getting better & better! I want to be Jami's "Beatle" but I'll let Lennon have him for now because she's my freaking soul sister and totally deserves him!

These two had crazy, amazing sexual tension from the get go & seeing them finally come together was emotional but completely beautiful!

There is no male POV but I kind of loved that! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being inside the hero's head BUT it gave me a chance to REALLY get to know Lennon. I don't know about you, but I HAVE to click with the heroine to really enjoy the story & Lennon is my girl, through & through!

I received this for an honest review. All I have to say is OMG I am in love with this book. This the first book I have read from this author and I will tell you it will not be my last. This book can be read as a standalone (I DID).
Lennon and Jami have known each other for a bit of time and had a one night stand. Jami is tired of waiting for Lennon and has decided their time in now.
This book just blew me away. Once I picked it up I could not put it down talk about awesome book hangover. This was just a very hot and sexy read one that you do not want to miss!!!

I love when a series starts really good and just gets better. That's exactly what has happened here. Lennon is a well developed character with relatable issues. Jami is patient, kind, and so freaking hot it isn't even funny. All of the peripheral characters woven throughout are amazing, funny and wonderful. I don't want to give anything away but bravo to author Anne Jolin. This was an incredibly well written FIVE STAR read for me and I highly recommend it!

Omg I thought I loved Chasing Rhodes but I'm sorry I love love love Jami and Lennons story even more!! I loved how Jami made no bones about making Lennon his New Years mission and letting her know he wouldn't be letting her run away again! I was so glad when Malibu Barbie got hers and tears were rolling down my face when Lennon thought shewas too late! Brill job and can't wait to read Beth's story too!!

Jami was definitely swooooon worthy. My goodness that man said all the right things. In a way I kind of understood what Lennon was going through with her feelings about her dad. I kind of have the same situation but then again it's way different too. I love how Jami didn't give up on Lennon and how he constantly kept fighting her inner battle and just kept giving it his all. After getting a peek at Beth's boyfriend has me even more excited to read it!
