3 Ingredient Bread: 15 Quick & Easy Bread Recipes (Baking, Dough, Crust, Loaf) by Eva Reinhard Book starts out with recipe listings and they are not in any specific order. Short introduction about the author and her ebooks. Each recipe starts with a title and list of 3 ingredients. Directions are given and some will take a bit of time due to rising of the dough. There are NO servings, NO pictures, NO nutritional information, NO times. Some recipes you start with a loaf of regular bread then sprinkle herbs and spices on it. Miracle bread sounds interesting to make. Good combinations of flavors.
I would have given this book a higher rating if better editing had been done before releasing the book. Some of the measurements are not in plain English for us to understand. Otherwise, the book is good.
This is a cool concept cookbook, but some do not have all the steps. The Cloud Bread recipe ends in the blending stage and the first step is preheating the oven. There are recipes with Celsius and Fahrenheit, grams and tsps. There are recipes that I will be trying, too interesting to not try out.
