(No spoilers) I think it's satisfying to get a historical romance book that is actually a full-length novel these days. I understand why authors like to put out serial books, but I get enough cliffhangers with my favorite TV shows and books. (Game of Thrones, anybody?) Anyway, I think Blaise and Blade was satisfying. The author put in a lot of effort into this story. I love the escape of an old-fashioned Medieval romance, and this one has a bit of nice spicy tension between the two main characters. Still, it had plenty of out-of-bed action to keep me interested.
