Good entertaining reading to keep your mind distracted from more serious issues in your daily life.
Many stories were new to me, others were very familiar such as the death of Marilyn Monroe, but still fascinating.

An excellent overview of 20th Century mysteries. I'd be interested to see how many of these cases have been updated/solved at this point due to technological advances and/or more sophisticated DNA technology.

This book was interesting to read. It took less than a day to cover it's pages, with each "mystery" not taking too long to read about.

There are some topics that will be very familiar to people - The Kennedy Assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald's murder, Amelia Earhart's disappearance, Marilyn Monroe's death, and UFO's to name just a few things. However, the book is filled with topics that are not so familiar, which certainly keeps the book interesting.

Anyone who is interested in history, mysteries, and unexplained should enjoy this book.

HB-B @ 1999, 7/08. One or two page tales of fact or fiction involving occurances of the 20th century such as JFK's and RFK's assassinations, UFO's, Titanic and other ship disasters, Jon Benet Ramsey, Jimmy Hoffa and other disappearances, etc. Very interesting. I learned things I didn't know, but I always want the rest of the story, the true answers, and sometimes that can't be. Very good.

This is an interesting and entertaining compilation of a wide variety of mysteries, from history to cold cases to the paranormal. Not everything will be convincing by today's standards but it is a great introduction to all of these topics.
