Described as a "masterfully drawn tapestry of the weird" (Denver Post), Piraro's comic strip offers a unique perspective on the world that reflects and refocuses reality like a funhouse mirror. Always unconventional, often surreal, Bizarro finds truth in fantasy.
Piraro's style has become more dense and his humour a tad more off-kilter, since these relatively early days. Lots of funny strips, generally more accessible than his more recent ones, if not quite as detailed in the art. None of the recurrent easter eggs seem to be present yet.
