I received this book through a Goodreads giveaway for an honest review. I was a little confused when I first started reading, because it was like I was starting in the middle of the story. Since this is part of a continued series, it might have helped to read the earlier books in this series first. Once I was able to sort out all the characters and how they were connected to each other that made more sense. It was a heartwarming story of the marriage of John and Jillian and how their love for each other helped other people in their family and social group overcome issues they had to deal with. The ending was both sad and happy, and I would highly recommend this book.
I bought the first three books in the series all together, and once I started, I read all three in rapid succession. They are well written. Each one kept me interested and piqued my curiosity as to what would happen next. I love a good love story, and especially one with a Christian undertone. I highly recommend this read. Earlier this month, I purchased this book, #4 in the series, and began reading at my earliest opportunity and finished in no time. I look forward to purchasing and reading #5.
What an excellent ending to this last book in the noted series. While there are new challenges and an ending i did not expect this book only shows what faith and love can do. This series of books are all a must read as they are so well written and interesting to follow. You will not be disappointed!
Loved this conclusion to this 4 book series...did you say 4 books? I just discovered that a 5th book was published in 2018 and you better believe I will be ordering from Amazon or checking out at my local library! Can't wait to see what Jillian will encounter in the new phase of her life!
