Pretty accurate, just dated. This would be fine for a trip and as a way to have some group trivia discussions. Besides that it is now a little too out of date, my only real problem with it is that it is just not well-orgazined.
This was a fun book for a plane ride. Light trivial information goes well with canned oxygen. I am sure the more ridiculous information has replaced vital knowledge. It's okay though, I have really only had to use CPR once.
