On a peaceful planet hundreds of light years from her home planet Earth, Gillian thought she had finally found paradise in the free society that defined Llanelyn. Except for one problem – the unidentified task ahead of her that the Gods had indicated could kill everyone on the planet. With only Mischka believing in her, Gillian set out to find the task and save the people she now led. His beloved Llanelyn, a peaceful farming society, was now threatened by a nameless threat and Mischka was powerless. The Gods had chosen a Cerato, a beautiful off-worlder who knew nothing about the people, to lead the people through this time of darkness and prevent the loss of his world.
There were a few editorial/typographical issues, but the premise and story are strong. I cared about the characters, and when finished wanted to know what was next. It wasn't perfect, so I can't give it 5 stars, but I still recommend that you give it a read. The relationships were really sweet.
