3.5 Stars Journey of Love
The final book in the Laced Mates series focused on two of the nicer members of the Blackfang pack. It initially had quite a few humorous moments but when things became serious the situations (eg weather) continue to become more dire.

The weather played a major factor from the reason why the long journey was necessary, causing treacherous road conditions, and what led to the several delays during a trip that became an epic & enlightening journey.

The Alpha came across as a carefree jokester, but as the trip progress it became apparent that a great deal of his personality was a facade based on surprising past experiences. The Omega's scars weren't just physical. The pain and damage the scars caused were both emotional and mental. This book had a great deal of drama, angst, and big revelations.

I wondered how the Blackfang pack would react to a pregnant Omega? They didn't impress me as the loving and caring types. Nor the pack house an ideal location to raise a child

É uma leitura F(. . .), desculpe pela palavra, eu amei 🖤. . .
Amei! Adoro. . . Boa Leitura 😘

I enjoyed Lachlan and Roscoe's story; it was fun, entertaining and hot.

The chemistry between the two guys was good and I enjoyed the teasing/flirting between the two. The characters were developed well despite the length of the book. However, the pregnancy timeline was kinda off especially since he gave birth within a few weeks.

I'm being generous giving this one 3 stars. The adventure of the story was pretty good and covered a LOT of ground. But I was pulled out of the story by some technicalities - it takes a matter of days to start showing as pregnant, and the baby comes in under a month? (I think it was probably closer to 2 weeks) Yes, I know this is fantasy, but also least acknowledge the magic of a quick gestation otherwise it looks like a mistake of the author forgetting the timeline and simply throwing up words.
