SHUT THE WHOREHOUSE DOOR!
Having been #BookEdged for the release of this anthology for a while now, I had zero doubt that this book would deliver a big ole dose of smuttastic deliciousness right into the greedy eyeballs (and other places...) of every smut-loving book addict who would open its pages. JFC, I was not wrong!
It's erotic, steamy, graphic & unapologetically filthy. These Magnolia Girls have ensured that after having repeatedly clenched my thighs together so many times I could now crack a watermelon between them, I won't need to be doing any leg work at the gym for a long time.
But here's the thing... if you're going to read this anthology thinking that these 8 author are going to tease, tantalise & tempt ONLY your "happy-fun-parts", you'd be wrong.
So very wrong.
The stories are engaging, funny, witty, intriguing, captivating and some are filled with emotion so raw at times, that there is no way your heart & mind aren't getting involved.
You'll disappear into the world of the Magnolia House & as you read each authors contribution you'll quickly realise something. These authors are just as skilled, just as talented & as much at the top of their game in their profession as the high-end, high-priced whores they're writing about.
And you'll love every one of them.
So, I'll take the deluxe package with any of them, any time.

I loved this anthology!
This anthology was so good!! These ladies did an amazing job coming together and making stories that were very unique, but also fit seamlessly together. Many times I buy an anthology and I only read a few of the stories, but I read every single one in Brothel and they were totally worth it.
I loved that not every story had a happily ever after. I enjoyed that each story was unique and the main character was also. I also loved how interconnected they all were without heavily relying on the other stories to be interesting.
Such a good read! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys smutty reads with a dash of love story.

Brothel was every dirty fantasy you could think of. When I say fantasy.....this book had probably everything we ever thought of and a couple we haven't. Yeah, there was some downright, beyond dirty, beyond eccentric sexual situations. Whether or not there were things out of my comfort zone did not matter to me at all. This book had me fully engaged and completely entertained. Brothel had sexy, erotic, odd, downright dirty, quirky humor and a cast of fun-loving and loyal characters. Morals be damned.
The main focus of this book is the pleasure given and received in the brothel. Each woman had their own personalty, their own kinks but the end goal was always the same. Pleasure. Each one of the eight authors featured in this book took a turn at weaving a sexy, erotic and sometimes romantic tale. Did I have a favorite story? I had a few actually. However, I honestly enjoyed them all.
A plus for me was that some of my favorite authors were a part of The Magnolia Diaries. Another plus was that I found some new favorites as well, since half of the authors featured were new to me.
That said, I loved this book! This was one hell of a sexy book!

Let me start off by saying, I really really liked the layout of this anthology. The main focus was the Magnolia House and the stories were different characters. Everyone's story was told differently and I liked jumping from different writing styles. If quick hot smut is your thing? This is totally the book for you. My issue? In 4/8 stories, it was just sloppy. The execution was not there. It was like jack rabbit sex. Over too fast before you could enjoy it or understand what happened. The other 4? Holy s***! I got a ganglion cyst in my wrist from fanning myself!! All in all I did like the book's story lines, I just couldn't get past half the stories and their lack of a small story line.

T. Cupak takes the 2nd section of an 8 part story. This was nothing like I expected it to be. Think Fifty Shades along with 2 men and 1 woman. Bam, you got "The D". (name of T. Cupak's story) This was very erotic which is what shocked me because I didn't know a single thing about her story, I went in totally blind! I really enjoyed this short story and maybe in the future I'll read this as a whole. :)

This Brothel is incredibly sexy as we take a walk into 8 rooms with completely different sexual cravings. It's impossible to favor one over the other because each story is unbelievably hot and will have you craving for more. I love how they're individual stories and yet they intertwine seamlessly together. We start off with Marcus " The Boss" and what a way to kick off the diaries and get a taste of what this house is about. Derek didn't know what he was getting into but learns quick and doesn't disappoint. Harmony is one smart student and knows exactly what to do to grab your attention near or far. When we meet "The Ice Queen" aka Brooke we get to see what it takes to make this woman melt. When Deacon comes looking for some good luck his wishes were answered by meeting Amelia and she's one helluva knockout. I love everything that is Calico you want it, she'll give it without a second thought, this tatted up babe is absolutely perfect in every single way. When you're looking for the kinkiest of kink Trixie is your girl, no matter how wild and twisted it may be. M's story threw me for a loop, I didn't expect ANY of the events to occur. Was the perfect way to bring everything full circle. This anthology is a MUST READ. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

More often than not, when you finally get to read a book that you have been anticipating, it is not as good as you expect. That is NOT the case here, I was absolutely blown away by this collaboration. You could not have put together 8 better authors for this anthology. Each story is different and yet none of them compete with each other but own you within their own right. This is a collection is short but oh so freakin' sexy stories, and if sex in any way offends you then don't bother picking this book up. My advice, have your man or your BOB at the ready because you will be panting, squirming, squealing and holding your breath with how awesome this array of kinky f**kery is! Enjoy!!

The very first thing I thought of after I read this = I want everyone that loves this genre to read this. And if you aren't a huge fan of erotica, just as most who stepped out of the box for Fifty, this is the perfect time too?? - read it! It's that good! It's romance and scorching heat - I don't know how they did this???
For a couple of months now, I've been watching the teasers float around some social networks for Brothel and I was just thinking how genius is was to come up with the idea to create an anthology with multiple authors, writing multiple stories surrounding the same story line. The question was - would it work - would it fall apart? Answer - Hell No!

These ladies are so incredibly talented - to take erotica - create short stories that flow into each other around the same storyline - give it the heat AND!! give it compassion and emotion - and make it a huge success. It's like "Grandma's Secret Recipe", they took all the special ingredients and combined them together and the outcome was BRILLIANT!
"You can only dance with the devil so long before he demands your soul. Sooner or later, he’ll come to collect. I’m just not prepared for how soon that is."
The opening story swallowed you in, I can't even imagine how difficult that job was to simplify so much and introduce the reader to what it is and what is to come. Then we meet these women and the stories they all have and each author nailed it! Not one story was a near repetition to another. Once again, this book was glued to my hands. And finally the end had to come - and WOW! You just blew my mind, unexpected yet after reading it, jaw dropped and perfect! I will be rereading this without a doubt.
“I’m glad to be with you, Samwise Gamgee… here at the end of all things.” Trixie’s laugh sent another chill down my spine. “Did you just quote Tolkien to me?” I arched my eyebrow as I looked at her out of the corner of my eye. “Yup. Yes, I did."
I've read a lot of Anthologies, most just have separate books that mainly deal with a theme but aren't a flowing story. I've also read books with dual authors that have knocked the books out of the park - this is EIGHT AUTHORS writing around a storyline!!! 8!! WELL DONE!! WELL DONE!!

I've been anxiously waiting for this to come out the moment that I found out that some of my favourite authors were getting together to write an anthology. Needless to say I had high expectations about it and it was everything I wanted and more.

This book is So. Freaking. Amazing!!! I absolutely LOVE the whole background of it all and how each authors' novella tied this anthology up PERFECTLY!!!! Combine eight authors/novellas, one humongous antebellum mansion set on a beautiful Mississippi plantation (which I especially love because that's where I'm from; the Magnolia State!), a long-time running, high-end brothel, lots of intense, seriously hot sex with gorgeous, stunning, and passionate men and women (includes singles,couples, threesomes, foursomes, and bigger groups; opposite and same sex partnering), and it all combines into a raging inferno of passion, lust, secrecy, and love!! I can't say enough how unique and intriguing it was to read this book--to watch each character develop, but also to watch how they were all connected; to get inside their minds and understand why they are the way they are and what they do everyday and why they love it so much. The characters are all very unique, and I loved every one of them! A BIG 5 STAR RATING FOR ALL EIGHT AUTHORS!!!!

I was blown away by this book once I started I couldn't put it down. Each story pulls from the other story so you are not left wanting. I absolutely love how each author was able to paint a picture in my mind with their words. I could absolutely picture this brothel in my head.
And the sex is this book is off the charts. There is enough kink in this book to make Mr.Grey blush. Seriously HOT!!

When this super pack of incredible authors get together in one anthology, it is not one to be missed. Holy cow!! These stories are dirty, sexy, kinky, and surprisingly heartwarming and romantic. Warning: These eight steamy short stories should be read sitting directly in front of a fan because things get H-O-T HOT!!!

Crazy stories
I can't believe how good some of the stairs were, Deaken was one of my favourites as well as Brooke's. And calico. Trixie was out there but so good. I don't the stories were in any sort of order tho. Great job ladies amazing!!
