About the author

G. S. Jennsen is a speculative and science fiction author, as well as a futurist, geek, gamer, programmer and editor. She has become an internationally bestselling author since her first novel, Starshine, was published in March 2014. She has chosen to continue writing under an independent publishing model to ensure the integrity of her series and her ability to execute on the vision she’s had for it since its genesis.

While she has been a lawyer, a software engineer and an editor, she’s found the life of a full-time author preferable by several orders of magnitude.

When she isn’t writing, she’s gaming or working out or getting lost in the mountains that loom large outside the windows in her home. Or she’s dealing with a flooded basement, or standing in a line at Walmart reading the tabloid headlines and wondering who all of those people are. A lovely little story setting up the events of Jennsen’s third trilogy and featuring, as always, striking imagery and interesting ideas. Best read after Abysm but before Relativity.

As always, these short stories are a fun glimpse into the background details of the Aurora Rhapsody universe. Re/Genesis actually features a completely new character, one who will end up playing a large role in Relativity but whom I've already come to love just from this little story. The pacing is fast and the stakes are high, making this a fun, quick read for fans of the series. Make sure to read it before the Relativity release!

Eren asi-Idoni is part of the elite and yet not. He has broken away from the control of the Directorate and is now working against it. He is working to bring it down and end its control of several universes and multitudes of alien species. He has a mission to complete, and even though it will kill him, he will do his best to complete it.

This short read is another prequel set in the Amaranthe Short Story Series, BUT it’s not a prequel to Starshine. It is a prequel to Relativity: Aurora Resonant Book One. The world-building is done very well, and the character’s inner dialogue tells it all.

If you like science fiction, you might like this short read. I give it five stars out of five stars.

Wonderful space opera listening 🎶😯

Another will written fantasy Sci-Fi space opera adventure thriller short story by G. S. Jennsen about an explorer working outside the space craft and the risk in this case in a negative way. I would recommend this series and author to 👍 readers of fantasy Sci-Fi adventure thriller novels. Enjoy the adventure of reading 👓 or listening 🎶 to Alexa as I do because of eye issues and damage. 🏡🔰👒😡 2022

The rebels are fighting against the planetary rulers. It's easier to be a suicide bomber when you will regenerate to continue the fight. An entertaining short story giving a different view of the fight.

Quick read but a nice background to Relativity (Amaranthe #7). Fun little plot thst made me want to reread Relativity!

I read this as a precursor to Relativity, GS Jennsen's newest addition to her Aurora Rhapsody universe, which is coming out a little later this month. I love the character already and I'm so excited to find out what becomes of Eren next. This was written in first-person point of view, and I really enjoyed how well the author captured his character through his distinct narration of the story.

Please don't stop writing. I have no idea how you manage to make all of the science and details plausible, but you excel at it. All the while being easy and fun. The story line is gripping and i cant wait for

the next twist, and the next book. I so appreciated the character development and as with any classic in any genre, the people become real enough. Fortunately, I don't have to wait too long for more words that create galaxies and universes.

Cool Introduction of Eren

This was a good way to introduce Eren asi-Idoni, a new ally for humankind in the upcoming war with the Anaden Directorate of the Amarenthe universe.

This short story installment in the Aurora series gives the reader a brief glimpse into the Anarch resistance against the ironfisted rule of the Anaden. GS Jennsen conveys the urgency and importance of this mission through excellent storytelling, craft and plot.
