I dunno how many of these types of books I will read!!?! It's interesting how they all have different tips on ways to master all things positive. I write the tips down and practice them. Some of them have been life changing and some practices help to maintain that light that we all search for and need. This book had a few tips that I will practice!
Ideas in the book sounds easy, but needs practice to make it a habit. key takeaway from this book is that being in the present helps to make choices we want. Mind gets into autopilot mode when we are not present. Autopilot creates past and future drama which takes away mind energy.

Dale East covers a multitude of issues relating to personal development and he outlines the steps you can take to get control of your thoughts and your life. The chapters are broken down into easily digestible parts, and he explains how your mind works and what you can do to challenge and change your current way of thinking. As a Personal Development author and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I can say that his methods are sound. I also liked the way the author shared lots of his own story and he comes across as genuine. Excellent book for learning the steps needed to create the life you want
The steps are easy to follow and explained well. Having real world relationships linked to a step was very helpful. This book is a great for anyone who is looking to enhance their life in a positive way and achieve their goals through intentional thinking. It is also a very good read for those already practicing this way of life. The author's take on the subject is spot on, and his personal story adds insight into the purpose of the steps.
A bit difficult at the start because it puts you to work but if you stick with reading it will be worth it by the end. Maybe a bit too much off convincing going on.
