"As a longtime fan of Big Brand Systems and Copyblogger, I had the good fortune to get sneak previews of chapters of Master Content Marketing.

I loved it so much that I preordered the paperback book. This is a book I want to mark up, dog-ear, and spill coffee on because it will be to parked right next to my keyboard.

Thank you, Pamela, for a terrifically usable resource."

I almost copy-pasted the whole book under the "important notes".

As condensed as it is with valuable information, it is also immensely motivating. By breaking down the process, Pamela clears the path for creative writing. The book contains clear instructions on how to start and be maximum effective. Starting from your environment to content structure, she covers it all.

As a Designer who wants to elevate her craft to a different level, this book is a lifesaver.

This is becoming a go-to guide for me while I build my content & copywriting business.
Pamela has an excellent system for helping you to organize your ideas and then put them into action to write one piece of quality content a week.

I'm following her advice and having really good results. I also constantly refer to certain chapters for resources and ideas when I get stuck.

A good book about how to create content. I have deducted a star as the title is misleading - this book is not about content marketing. A crucial piece that’s missing is also about figuring out the right content - this is an essential piece in content marketing. An easy read and a good reference book otherwise.

Great info and guidelines to writing marketable and effective content. However, an entire book was not necessary. Could have been communicated in a few blog posts. But I guess that wouldn’t have made as much money, so in a sense, this book is genius? Anyway, it uses 224 pages to communicate what only really required about 50. No index.

While the content could have been covered in blog posts, this book provides a good starting point for novice content creators.

Main Takeaway
Writing a good article is like planting motivational boosters for the reader to keep reading to the end. To do this, you need to write deliberately.

A bit high level even for beginners, not to mention seasoned marketers. No examples really. I expected more from such a highly rated book. Honestly, you can get more detailed and actionable advice from Andy Crestodina's blog or just about any Hubspot course for free

It's good if you want to write click bait, but otherwise, it's a bit outdated already.
