I live at the edge of the Pacific Ocean surrounded by redwood forests and golden meadows. I teach in the Arts at UCSC, and have a PhD in Philosophy from UC Davis.

Not the book I expected. Short stories and memories from the authors life. Poetic author and brings a sense of true embodiment, living in the moment, rapturous embrace of nature. Some thoughtful explorations of her experiences and how her life has been shaped. Just not what I was particularly looking for at this time.
