Sometimes you need a little reminder as to why you chose this journey.

This book is exactly what I needed to remind me why 10 years ago I chose bariatric surgery. This book is a quick and simple read with reminders of how to get back on track. Her goals and activity worksheets are great as well as the numerous outside links she provides in case you want to dig deeper into bariatric guidance. I'd recommend this book to anyone who has encountered weight loss plateaus or those who have seen their weight creep back.

It's ok

It's not really about weight loss or weight loss surgery, but rather 8 ways of changing your ways of thinking so your mindset can be better equipped for dealing with weight loss surgery. A very quick read, and a few interesting quotes, but mostly things I already knew. I imagine it would be helpful to someone who has never read about positive thinking and affirmations.

Great Read!

This book is spot on with what it takes to having lasting success with your weight. I wish this was available when i was going through my struggles years ago. If you are a bariatric patient (pre- or post-op), this is a must read.
