After the huge clanger st the end of Mitch's book I couldn't wait to get my hands on Kurt and LeeLee's story and it was worth the wait.
So Kurt and LeeLee are reunited but it's not a hearts and flowers happy reunion. Even though the circumstances are serious I found myself laughing at the two of them, both stubborn and determined not to give an inch.
I've loved reading about the brothers and their families I'm just sad there is no more brothers to read about.

You finally get to see how the hate came between Kirt and LeeLee. But you see an even stronger LeeLee when things turn for the worse for Kurt. Turning his back on his family and the family business causes a big rift between the brothers, that maybe only LeeLee can help fix. You see the growth between the two that once hated each other but couldn’t deny the love that was there.
Can they move past, the past and find their HEA?
Loved the 3rd book. Seeing how things happened to Kurt and LeeLee, made things fall into place. I loved that they didn’t just fall in love, they grew, they made the little things happen, or in Kurt’s Case... the big thing!!!

We knew that something had happened between Kurt and Leelee and now we know - didn't see that coming at all!

This has been a great series that I really enjoyed.

Kurt and Leelee are so volatile in the beginning. They are alike in so many ways which causes a lot of their clashes. The bantering and bickering between them is hilarious. This is another great instalment in this series....wish it wasn't over. Look forward to more from this author.

The excitement that flew through me when this little baby popped up on my kindle made my weekend!! Finally I can find out the deal between Kurt and Leelee that was only hinted at in the first two books and left us with a bombshell at the end of book 2. Let me tell you, you won't be disappointed, well I am, but only because this was the last in the series!! This series from the beginning was the perfect combination of sweet alpha bad boy racers and the women they come to love, who always seem to have some issue that the boys offer to assist with. This makes for a great combination of tension, battle of control, and utter perfection when they both stop fighting and just give in.
Leelee and Kurt have a complicated history and I had no idea it was going to be what it was, and it was perfect! Leelee is as tough as they come, and if you read the first two, you are led to believe she and Kurt hate each other. What happens next, due to an unforeseen situation, they are thrown together, sparks that each thought were done, come to life, and you will not be able to put this down.
Winter wrapped the series up in an awesome way, and as a reader that fell in love with these characters, it couldn't have been any better! I am so thankful that I was able to voluntarily review a copy.

Oh my word, I have been waiting for this book since the ending in Powershift
This book is about Kurt and Leelee!
First I just want to say that I loved Leelee, and I'm sure a lot of guys would love her too. Sexy, feisty no pushover and she knows about car. Really!
This book started off with LeeLee flying to Kurt's bedside after he rolled his car in a race. But she had no idea what would happen when she got there, as the last time she saw him he did not like her that much, in fact she thinks he hates her.
But she is his wife so where else would she be.
Kurt was hurt after LeeLee told him that she didn't need or want him after all he did for her. So he just left, and cut her out of his life. But now he needs her help as he has no car, no place to stay and nobody to take care of him while his recovering from his accident.
But as soon as his cast come off (8weeks) then he is gone!
For LeeLee this might be her chance to admit to Kurt how she really feels. And for Kurt will this be the chance he has waited for to move out of his brother's shadow
Loved this book and I think a perfect ending to a Amazing Series
But what is happening with Frankie and Jay??

I really enjoyed Mitch and Scarlet's story (Powershift) and was looking forward to reading Kurt and Leelee's story.
If only I liked the heroine....
I made it to half way before skimming to the end because Leelee (his selfish wife who never did anything unless it directly benefited her) and Luke (the oldest brother who was too controlling and belittled Kurt because he wouldn't fall into line) annoyed me too much. Guilt was the only thing that sent Leelee to California in the first place and my low opinion of her never really shifted.
But I really liked Kurt though and he's the only reason I've rated this 3 stars. Yes, he was angry and had a chip on his shoulder, but geez, cut the man some slack! He was sweet and generous and he didn't deserve having those two people in his life. I wish he'd told them all to fuck off and then leave town to meet someone who deserved him.

So as you might know the second book had a huge cliffhanger. And this story picks it right up and I love that. Kurt and Leelee definitely had me wanting to know more about them. This story is definitely bittersweet. I loved how strong willed both Kurt and Leelee were. At times it was interesting watching them go at it. I wanted the story to keep going and get more about all the brothers but this is the end to this series. And I believe this book gave it the big bang it needed for a great trilogy. *reviewed for Sweet Soot Sisterhood *

Winter's books are magic. they are so good that you just want to get a bowl of ice cream and cookies and brownies cause you know you'll be hooked, as well as not letting anyone bother you.
Kurt and Leelee's story was going to be epic, but sweet jesus that was mind blowing and raw with sassiness and passion. it was everything and more.

A fantastic ending to this amazing series! I couldn't wait to read Kurt and LeeLee's story cause I knew it was going to be great, but this went beyond my expectations! With the intriguing storyline, awesome characters you can't help but love, intense situations, secrets and old feelings being revealed, angst, and huge surprise twists, this is definitely a MUST read story you won't want to miss!
Kurt has been living under others shadows his entire life. He went to California to get out from under the pre-built life his brothers made for him, but that ended with him and his prized car in shambles, literally. Now that he's back, he's about to show everyone, including himself, that he'll fight to get what he wants, and that includes the one that he let get away.
LeeLee has always had a rough life, has always taken care of her younger brother, so when her parents took off, it was nothing to do what she's always done. When she gets stuck in an impossible position with no way out, no where to turn to, Kurt steps in and became their hero, until she pushed him away, which was her biggest mistake. Now that she's taking care of him, she's decided that she will do whatever it takes to get him back.
What exactly happened between Kurt and LeeLee, and what huge secret are they hiding? They both let their pride get in the way before, but will they be able to get past it and the hurt to see what could be? Will Kurt go back to work with his brothers, or does he have something else planned for the future? Will Kurt and LeeLee ever find their way back to one another, and will they get the HEA they both long for and deserve?
This has been one of the best series I've read! I fell in love with it from the beginning, and I'm sad to see it end. However, since Mrs. Travers is so awesome, there will be a spin-off series coming in the near future! Thank you Winter! ;) I can't wait to read it! If you haven't read this series, I suggest that you start from the beginning. You'll not only get to read fantastic stories, but learn more about each brother, their strong amazing women, the history of Skid Row Kings, and the dynamics between the brothers and the racing community. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Okay let me start out by saying if you haven't read the first two in the Skid Row Kings i highly recommend it. Its okay if you haven't the book will still make sense but its always nice to read. Plus they are amazeballs. Just saying.
Winter Travers is an amazing author. I follow her on social media because i like to know whats she doing and whats she writing next. Her Devil Knights series is just as amazing. She kills you with the teasers of her next work but she is amazing nontheless.
Okay now onto my LeeLee and Kurt.
Kurt Jensen has had enough being the last son and under his brother's thumb he can only take so much. With the only woman he has ever wanted pushing him away he decides to leave for California. All Kurt has ever wanted was to make something for him that is his heard work. And have his woman, but he may never get that chance when his life takes a drastic turn.
Leelee Perez messed up any chance she had with Kurt by pushing him away. She has issues that she needs to get past. Kurt has done nothing but be her knight in shining armor and safe her family. Now is her chance to make things right.
You know something was up with these two when in PowerShift they were at each others throats. I loved LeeLee, she is a badass who can hang with the best of the grease monkeys. She loves getting under the hood of the car and she loves her little brother. She did what she needed to to save him even marrying the last Jensen brother. For her it was a piece of paper to help save her family for him it was a bit more. Kurt oh man that sexy man. He has moves, granted they were ass backwards but he gots moves. He wanted LeeLee and if the only way to get her was to marry her then thats what he did. He was a cocky, loving, mean at times man but he loved her with a passion. I was really upset how the guys relationship was in this book. It broke my heart to see how far apart they were. And dang LeeLee my girl is stubborn. It all ended up being perfect.
Now to get my greedy hands on Frankie and Jay's stories. WINTER TRAVERS Hun I'm waiting.

As you know from book 2, the last chapter gave us a surprise when it came to Kurt and Leelee. I was really thrown for a loop and was not expecting that. It was a good surprise and in this book we get to know details of the secret that Kurt and Leelee was hiding.
Kurt has a lot of anger. I got to understand the root of his anger in this book. In book 2 we find out Kurt is missing and a little of where Kurt is.
I can not imagine what it was like for Leelee to sit by Kurts bedside and wonder if he was going to make it. The fear she must of felt. I can only imagine all the thoughts that were gong through her mind. All their fights and how Kurt appeared to hate her.
I loved when Kurt decided he was not going to give up on LeeLee and help make her dreams come true. That was the thing I loved about Kurt and his brothers. They went after what they wanted, had a good heart, and wanted to make all their women’s dreams come true.
I truly hated Ginny. Would of loved to see her get what she truly deserved. She was truly evil. Ginny wanted to destroy everything in her path.
This was a great story and glad i got to read the book.

Well that was a bit of an adventure. Did not see that coming. I won’t spoil it for you. But wow.
So Lele I can relate to her in a lot of ways. I can see the mistakes she’s made, how deeply she regrets them and how badly she wants to make them right. Her relationship with her brother does make me laugh at times. Lele is so the hard outside, with marshmallow interior.
Kurt, well what can I say about Kurt. Being the youngest in my family, I completely get where he is coming from. However, he could be less hard headed about it, but then I guess, he would be who he is. I was very surprised and heartened by his inner monologue and feelings. He did surprise me. I thought that of all the brothers he would least appeal to me and yet in a way, he showed more maturity than Luke at times, given Luke is very focused on playing the protector at the expense of all else.
So Winter converted me and I LOVED the epilogue. I can’t wait for the next Gen stories to come out this year and highly recommend this series.

What can i say? This author blew me away yet again. Kurt and Leelee wouls be my favourite characters in this series. I love to read about an angry bad boy hunk falling hard for a little spitfire of a woman. Leelee is not your typical little spitfire, but she has just enough sass to keep Kurt on his toes.
I really loved that the readers get to be in on the secret these 2 share, and the
other characters do not have a clue what is up with Kurt and Leelee. They know something is not adding up with them, but nothing stands out. The intensity between these 2 was a living entity all on its own. They had chemistry that was off the charts. They each had their own enigmatic personalities, making you crave every turn of the page. Every word held onto like it was gold. They are quite unique and such an entertaining couple. I cannot sing enough praise for Winter Travers, this series and to Kurt and Leelee. A rocking series that I will read again and again, because once just simply isn't enough.

After reading book 2 of this series and how it ended... to say i was in urgent need to read this book... is a huge understatement!!!
Kurt is the youngest Jensen brother... and is constantly feeling that he has to prove himself... the one person he wants... he can't have... or can he?
Leelee is loving being a mechanic and working at the Skid Row King's garage... one little problem... Kurt!!!
I refuse to give spoilers so i'll just say... read this book ASAP!!!
Ms Travers has done it again and pulled it together so that the reader feels every single emotion alongside the characters!!!... and what a rollercoaster ride it is!!!
With shocking secrets being revealed and certain street racers causing more problems... this is one hell of an addictive book!!!
A brilliant 5 star read with a passion strong enough to feel the buzz through the pages!!!
I can't wait to find out what is planned next... but i have faith in Winter... that whatever it is... is going to be well worth the wait!!!

Kurt moved to another state and ended up getting into a cI ar accident. The last person he thought he would see when he wakes up his Leelee, his WIFE! You'll have to read the book to find out why they are husband and wife.
I enjoyed the book. It was a breath of fresh air to finally see them getting along during Kurt's recovery. Leelee helps Kurt during his recovery and the love between them builds. They stop hating each other. It was great.

We finally know what happened between Kurt and Leelee and I can only say WOW! From the very first appearance of Leelee in DownShift you could tell that these two characters were gonna be interesting but I would have never thought they would be so explosive. Their whole backstory is included here and quickly they became my favorite couple and Kurt became my favorite brother. It starts right where PowerShift stops, so reading the previous two is a plus although all stories feel individual. Here we finally understand why Kurt seems so hardheaded and pissed off all the time. Also there is a whole new side of Leelee that you would never guess from the other books. Once again I fell in love with the story, the characters and the writing style. There's lots of passion, heat, stubbornness, family and friends. It makes a perfect ending for the Skid Row Kings Series but also leaves me with my fingers crossed for a spinoff.

usually when you are reading a series ...you will find one book that is more to your liking and all that jazz. you love the lovers more ... etc. etc. etc. well that didn't happen in this series. i prefer a man or the woman in the couple more ...etc .. book 2 is a cliffhanger ... more than the others ... there is not real happy ending in book 3 .. i mean yes it does come to an end but for me ...i wanted more ...give me a WOW WEEE!!! more than the others. u know what i mean??! i enjoyed the series but ...i wanted more ... i wanted a real wow. there i said it. i want a REALLY BIG WOO. where is it?? hello??! i've never had a series that i did this ...that the star rating was all the same ...one always stood out over the others. lol!! know knew ...it is a FIRST for me. interesting.

While this wasn't my favorite of the series, it was still a good read. I received an ARC, and promised to give an honest review. This book is a great wrap to the series, and probably a great lead into anew series. For me, I enjoyed reading it,but it lacked the punch of the first two books. That being said Will still be buying the book when it is released, and it is re-read material. A lot of questions are answered and a peek into the future offers a tease of a new book or series is there. The characters are well rounded, and have chemistry, but there was a spark not there for me. If you want an easy no angst read on a cloudy day, this is the book for you.

This is book 3 in this series about another Jensen brother! I love Kurt and Leelee. I could not wait for this book and it did not disappoint! The frustration, humor, sarcasm, and love that flows thru this story really brings these characters to life! You root for them and want that happily ever after! I love that Leelee is so kick a$$ and a girly girl. She really is the best of both worlds for any man. I also appreciate her insecurity that totally pulls to her feminine side. I also enjoyed the little details that Winter put in. It made the story even more special. The loyalty no matter what in regards to the brothers also made this sweeter. The Jensen brothers are hot! This is a must read!

Ever since reading DownShift I have been seriously wanting more Leelee and Kurt. Their fiery personality clashes and hot chemistry they both seem to deny. I want to see how this dynamic duo would deal together and if it would be a hot as I anticipated. Winter Travers did not disappoint, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and was a little sad when I reached The End. The story is well written with some intrigue and as always lovable/interesting characters. I do not know how Winter Travers will top this really enjoyable series. It seems to have all things bad boy, racing and hot cars. If you have not read this series, I can not recommend it enough.

I couldn't wait to dive into Kurt and LeeLee's story after the cliffhanger at the end of Mitch and Scarlet's story. The event that reunited them was far from a happy reunion. I found myself laughing at the banter between the two of them, their stubbornness and the fact neither of the was will to give an inch made them perfect for one another in my book. I loved how Kurt explained Bancroft lol. I loved their story as well as Mitch, Scarlett, Luke and Violet. I'm so happy they all got their happily ever after.

I couldn't put Kurt and Leelee's story down . I now know why it's the third book in the series , because Leelee and Kurt's relationship is Bananas , Hot and cold .They are so wrong for each other yet so right when they get along .
An emotionally charged beginning , middle and end. They had me laughing with their sarcastic attitudes and their intense sexual chemistry was off the charts .

I loved learning why these two were hostile in other books. While I thought Kurt was impulsive in other books, he showed he had a good head on his shoulders in this book. I loved how Leelee could admit that she was scared, but was determined to try. Great read and cannot wait to read more from this author!

Bang Shift(Skid Row Kings Book 3)
With each book the editing has gotten better. That is why I give it three stars. This book kinda finished up the series. Kurt and Lee Lee is one story I wanted to know about. I am not sure if I would read anymore of her books even though I enjoyed this series a lot. If I could find some on Kindle Unlimited I would most definitely read some more of her books.

Kurt the youngest of the Jensen brothers helps Leelee with a problem by marrying her. She needed to show CPS she could have a stable life, that she wouldn't lose her brother Jay. In this story they have a lot of things going on to interfere with their relationship. Fast cars, misunderstandings and a sweet sexy steamy romance! Love the book and the characters!! Recommend with a5 Stars rating

Absolutely favorite book of the series! I had been dying for Kurt and Leelee’s story reading about them through books 1 and 2. It was a bit more emotional because of their history but it only made me love them more. If you love down to earth couples, cars and racing, and a well built world, then you need this series! This was a new to me author with this series, and I really loved her writing style and creativity in writing this story. I will be checking out her backlist!
