It's like an essay

The book is too vague, gives me the general idea of the problem, the reasons and the consequences. It just put down my mind in words, without a single solution that can be implemented and make a difference in my life.

This was a random read for me and was a very short non-fiction. The message/takeaways were too obvious for me but I suppose that's not necessarily the same for everyone – make sure you eat consciously, know your cravings and their primal purpose.

Booklet... Interesting approach. Feels not very applicable in Western mindset, but maybe he's on to something.
