This book has a lot of problems. It basically is a collection articles rather than a real book.

This makes it so that there is a lot of repetition. Normally this would be very nice, but it's really overdoing it sometimes.

Also it lacks a good structure and the outlining is often times of or unattractive.

It is, however, very well written. Nothing too scientific so easy to comprehend without any prior education. The fact that is written unscientific does NOT mean that the claims in this book are unscientific. The authors provide extensive references to research and papers.

Despite it's difficulties it still deserves 5 stars (4,9 rating) because it probably is the best, most extensive and most comprehensive book on Natural Testosterone Enhancement there is.

Great work, not difficult to read and almost all the info you'll ever need on this topic.

Really should be a 3.5. It is packed with a ton of info about boosting testosterone naturally from a credible source. I've already started implementing some of the advice and will continue to implement more. It explains how test is produced all the way down to the molecular level.

Cons:
Very repetitive
More of a collection of essays than a true book
The section on training did not help much. It referred you to his book on training called Thor program which I did not buy.

Good: The basic building blocks of the path to naturally increased testosterone seem sound, and the author cites numerous scientific studies to back them up. I picked up some specific small changes that I’ll make to my diet, and I’ve started taking a daily multivitamin.

Bad: The author is unnecessarily irreverent throughout the book, which I find distasteful. Also, I don’t find any acknowledgement that the diet he suggests and seems to follow himself is totally wonky, gross, and unsustainable. I’m sorry, but I can’t imagine making potatoes, brazil nuts, raw cacao, beef liver, homemade eggshell powder, eggs, and oysters the backbone of my regular diet…

Nitpicky: Others have rightfully pointed out that this book is a collection of blog posted cobbled together into one publication (the author doesn’t even attempt to edit some of the chapters so that they fit in to the flow of the book).

Proper preparation prevents potential problems.
Naturally.

The book contains a huge set of blog posts.
+ Practical. Inspired me to try several things.
+ Some studies, research and facts are shocking. I wish I knew them before. (...and I understand that such facts will not be popularized because they are against profitable money streams.)
+ That book improved my understanding of the world around T.

Top drawbacks & why that book should have "3 stars" review:
- duplicated content in several places.
- adverts (follow with the book, course, supplement, etc.)
- offered products from the store reduce credibility. Can be a biased opinion - "purchase X from me".
- some links are outdated (for example to the store). (Many) links could be shortened.
- some explanations could be simpler, more with metaphors and less with chemistry.
- images could improve & anchor the understanding of the subjects.

This book is okay. I am confident that if a person followed all the advice in this book their terstosterone would rise and their health would likely improve. I do find it exteremely repetitive. I also found the evidence against low carb eating to be based on poor evidence. Many of the studies looked at were too short for the test subjects to be fat adapted. Stresses from dietary change can cause T to go down and I think these studies largely didn't go long enough for the dietary change to not be a stressor. I wonder what other sections of the book might be suspect. For the most part though, this advice is very good.

Great, clear study backed by many sources & research on the differing factors impacting men's health and testosterone. A must read for all men looking to physiologically change their bodies starting with the most simple of all building blocks - understanding what it is that affects Men and Testosterone

This is actually a very good book which I enjoyed reading and it provides some personal point of view which is quite useful as well.
Moreover, its content is perfectly arranged so that you can find whatever you want with ease.

I would say that this book is a must for a men. Lots of useful Information about the body, about lifestyle, and about optimising your body.
Also everything was explained clearly and it didn't felt like the stereotipical hard to read medical book.

Great source of info with references to studies. Book had problems with repetition and would have needed a good editor to fix inconsistent language, article like structure and such. Book would have been stronger without bunch of links to the website and store (which doesn't seem to exist anymore).
