They have a storybook marriage, except for one tiny indiscretion, a mistake . . . kept secret and in the past.
Of course, secrets can’t be kept forever. When the unfaithfulness comes to light, how will the deceived react to the news? What will become of their seemingly perfect relationship?
Everyone has a decision to make. Even when you don't make the decision, you've made a decision not to. Right or Wrong and Good or Bad both share an impact that affects everyone involve - past and present.
In this case Allison Clark chose to make a decision that became a secret and a guilt trip. She hid the secret for fear of losing what she had - a husband and child = a family.
I gave this book 4 out of five stars because it met me with an unexpected twist that caused me to think "What if?" And made my "She Could've" and "I Would've" and "It Should've" comments come to a questionable stance.
What a great read! I don't want to spoil anything but this is not at ALL what I was expecting. Christy Decker is the MASTER of the unreliable narrator - and I'll leave it at that. I think I read this in under two days because I just had to see what happened! Great job. I'm so excited that Final 42 is coming out soon!
This is a fast paced book about real life with all its ups and downs. Once I got into the book, I couldn't put it down! I'm still in shock from the ending which definitely caught me by surprise
