I’ve banged enough women to last a dozen lifetimes. And I left them all the exact same desperately begging for more. Too damn bad.
In this world, you can’t always get what you want. Like this whole damned situation, for instance.
I sure as hell didn’t want to end up bleeding to death on the side of some godforsaken highway. I didn’t want to lose this war with my enemies. Matter of fact, the only thing I did want was the curvy, sexy nurse who pulled over and saved my life. Even though I was lingering on death’s doorstep, my c*ck pulsed at the mere sight of her. Hair like silk, t*ts aching to be touched… this broad was different from all the others.
But she’s a she-devil if I’ve ever seen one. All spiky attitude and a mouth that writes checks her frail little body just can’t cash. I may be injured, but that’s not going to stop me from doing what I’m about to
Taking this little spitfire to my bed and f*cking her ‘til the cows come home.
This was my first read by the talented Ada Stone and she did not disappoint. She delivers an amazing romance between a sexy nurse and a bad boy biker. From the first sentence I knew I wasn’t going to be able to put this book down until I read the whole thing through. The characters that she creates are full of life and bursting with personalty. I loved the dynamic that she created between Jasmine and Peyton, the lustful pull that they feel for each other but Jasmine’s need to stand strong and resist him which he likes. The romance between Jasmine and Peyton is entwined into the MC club business that brings them together and sets in motion the circumstances for a fast paced plot with twists and turns to keep you on your toes. If you like sexy, dirty talking biker bad boys and sassy back talking strong women and enough danger and steam to leave you wanting more then pick up your copy of Spitfire today, you will not be disappointed.
I love reading Ada Stone's books – they are always hot and steamy with a badass dominant male figure. I didn't use to go for MC books just because they are harsh & usually full of violence. However, Ada Stone is one of the few authors that writes MC Romances that I can enjoy. Jasmine is indeed a spitfire, working as a nurse who happens to notice the hurt man on the side of the road & stops to help. Turns out the man is a member of Peyton's MC & so Jasmine is hired to keep caring for the man, until he is able to get up and around. Of course, tensions run high when Jasmine tries to find out what Peyton is hiding. Then comes the sex – it's hot, it's dirty, and it's almost too much. I love the fact that Peyton is a playboy and makes no bones about their time together being short & just about sex. Unfortunately, dangerous things happen to their hideout while Peyton is gone & that's what it takes for him to realize that Jasmine might be worth something more.
I received this book in advance for an honest review. Ada does it again. Spitfire is aptly titled after the heroine of the story, Jasmine. Jasmine is a nurse who comes across a bike accident on her way home and stops and uses all her medical training to help the injured biker. Peyton is the club leader who rolls up to the scene and finds Jasmine tending to his friend. Sparks fly when they argue about going to the hospital and again when she tries to leave the safe house after saving the biker. Peyton is bossy, alpha sexy and he wants Jasmine and he'll have her. She fights it but it's inevitable. There are rescue elements, steamy elements and lots of fire.
Another great read by Ada Stone. I received an ARC from the author for an honest review.
Peyton and Jasmine are definitely an unlikely pair whose attraction to one another were off the charts. He is a bad boy biker and she is no-nonsense, in your face nurse who both challenge each other when it comes to standing their respective grounds. I enjoyed the book and would recommend it to other readers especially those who love great MC stories. Happy Reading!
WOW! Phenomenal story, superbly written. Rich strong characters who are bold and brassy and a female whose all sassy. Finally an MC book that lives up to its hype! My faith has been renewed with Ada Stone writing this no holds barred, dirty and menacing biker read. Fast paced, throw in some dark and disturbing situations and what a ride. Loved Peyton's bossy and arrogant style and Jasmine's quick retorts! Well done!
