His Christmas Pixie
Chessie was forced to grow up fast - pregnant at 18 and kicked out of her family's home, her best friends' parents make her part of their family. Determined to make it on her own, she is going to college, and focusing on her little girl, Jade. Until he walks into the family diner and turns her world upside down. Mack Corrigan served with her ex and saw pictures of the captivating woman, as well as his little girl. When his aunt dies and he inherits her home, he finds himself living in the same town as Chessie. Welcome to Jenkinsburg - where the coffee is always hot at the diner and there's a bit of Christmas magic in the air.

Brilliant
I absolutely loved this short story, I felt the emotions of the characters within the pages of the book, they kind of big me a times.
I couldn't out it down once I had started it, I had to finish it.
Darlene Tallman has penned an extremely awesome story, one you will be pleased you read, I know I am.

"His Christmas Pixie" by Darlene Tallman is a good read. I enjoyed reading about Chessie, Mack, Jade, and their friends and family. Recommend to all fans of romance, happily ever afters, and holiday stories.

Chessie got kicked out by her step dad and her mom when she got pregnant at eighteen. The baby daddy denied it was his and called her names. Her daughter has Downs Syndrome and is sweet as can be. All these things could make someone bitter and more, but not Chessie. She has chosen to see the blessings in her life. Her personality shines and that is what attracts Mack. More used to her daughter keeping men away, Mack sees her daughter as the joy that she is and asks Chessie on a date. Will they both get their Christmas wish of happy ever after?
I was lucky enough to discover Darlene Tallman this year. She is a talented author and His Christmas Pixie was freaking adorable! Serious holiday feels from page one to the very end. I was in love with these characters, including Chessie's daughter Jade. The family she made for herself was so supportive and Mack was seriously amazing. Read it in one sitting and loved every minute. 6 stars for His Christmas Pixie!

Sweet Read
Sweet and loving, this read gives me hope that good guys (besides my hubby) do still exist!!
Having to grow up quick and dealing with an unfair hand, Chessie makes the best life possible for her and little Jade. With the help of friends and her true family , Chessie is doing fairly well.
Mack, having fallen partly in love with a jessie and her cute as a button daughter, Jade through pictures, decides he needs to meet the real things.
Taking things slow and proving he's a keeper, Mack makes all the unfairness in Chessie past worth the beautiful future he's offering.
Although not my typical read, I'm so glad I read this and will be looking for more by Darlene .

Pixie Girl, Sweet romance.
Chessie lost her virginity in high school,
Her boyfriend Jason denied he got her pregnant when he knew the condom broke. She never dated again for 6 years, and a new Man moved to town. Mack the new man came to the diner where she worked and the next day they had a date.
Now i am not writing anything else because this short romance needs to be read with no spoilers. I Loved this story !!

this is a very short sweet story about a woman who find out she is pregnant and the guy refuses to say the baby is his and her mom and step father kicks her out and she find a new home with 2 of her friends and parents who took her in and loved her a lot

His Christmas pixie is a perfect InstaLove Christmas story I really enjoy this one. Jade are amazing and Mack and Pixie Girl too! Perfectly romantic for this Christmas.

A cute, fun, and sweet story. Darlene Tallman did a fantastic job of making these characters relatable, real, and genuinely someone you would want to hang out with. I enjoyed every moment of this short and loveable story!

This is the absolute sweetest Christmas romance I think I’ve ever read! Chrissie and Jade just stole my heart. And then Mack comes in and just does and says everything right. Short and sweet and so good!

Mack & Chessie's story is super quick & sweet! Insta-love, but then the focus is on them getting to know each other (quickly) & how he interacts & fits in w/ her family. Super cute!! : )

I usually like her books, but this one was a miss for me. Way too short. No character development, the only "plot" was the insta-love. I kind of feel cheated. :-(
