Lewis Carew is a lone wolf. He has no relationships with anyone-family, friends, women. Monthly, on the night a full moon, he does seek companionship of a female. His appetite needs to be fed and he seeks out one night stands willing to give him the night of no-holds-barred animalistic sex he not only craves, but needs. After, he goes his way and she goes hers.

One such night leads him to Marnie Grantham at a club. When dancing ramps up the temperature for them both, they indulge in each other for the night. For some reason, Lewis feels Marnie is different. She stirs things in him he has never felt before-and can't explain why. After a series of dates, Lewis knows Marnie is the one for him, but he's got a secret that could just end it all. Is Marnie worth spilling the beans for-even if it costs him his life?

Although Lone Wolf is rather short, I enjoyed it. I loved how Lewis and Marnie connected and it seemed pretty close to love at first sight at least for Lewis. The secrets keep you guessing and although I figured it out, I wanted to read how it all goes down! As usual, Totally Bound's Lust Bites series are always quick, sexy reads and Lone Wolf fits that bill nicely!

44 pages. I like the writing style. Found it interesting that this is the male's point of view. The male was thoughtful in his feelings.
What I was happy about. No, I smell you, your mine. In the first few minutes in her company. In this, he felt a (pull) to her.
This is a nice change from the others in this genre.

The book was kind of confusing. I did not believe the world building. One of the things I am not fond of is stranger sex leading to everlasting love by the 2nd sexual encounter.
