I bought and read this book per recommendation of the Rock Church in San Diego. It's a 21 day bible study suplement going along with the book of JOHN in the bible. You read a chapter of John and then read a chapter in "21 Jump Start". I really like this book and I appreciate the sense of humor, easily language, insight, and helpful tips on prayer, and worship.
