Grew on me BIG TIME... You will love the Adventure, Fear, Jealousy, Suspense, Mystery oh and let's not forget Magic. Definitely recommend this book of Magic and Mayhem. Sadie Summer is a Hairstylist at the Shaggy Puppy for kids in the small tourist town of Enchanted Shores. The ambulance came and EMTs couldn't wake him, so they than took him to the hospital where his family was contacted. Jake Serrano is a Bear Shifter that works for the family business. He doesn't like the office, that is parents keep harping for him to take over the business so that they could retire. His loves for the ocean with his fishing boats keeps his heart pumping this was his enjoyment, his life, his love. Fishing.. A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. A lighthearted story about a girl who has just learned about her paranormal abilities, royal family, and the secret paranormal community she has lived in her entire life. Loved it!!!
Sadie is a hair stylist, an orphan and a witch. I like the chemistry among the characters and the flow of the story. She becomes involved with a couple of bear shifting brothers. One she finds unconscious and stays with him to protect him. She feels a strong romantic connection with the other brother. She also discovers her real family and the accompanying magic. Will Sadie and Jake find their happiness? Will Sadie get together with her parents and family? I look forward to the next book.
This book wasn't what I expected but at the same time I absolutely enjoyed it to the fullest. Definitely a great start to a new series while it did seem to start out a little bit slow but that didn't take away the interesting appeal the book had. So if your looking for a book that has the wow factor than you add in some mystery, suspense, and bit of magic making for a entertaining and enjoyable read. The surprise twist in the end was priceless. I voluntarily read and review this ARC I haven't been compensated in anyway.
Oooh a new sweet, super cutie, PNR to get my teeth into!
Sadie Summer may have been abandoned as a child but she had a great guardian, who loved her as her own. Now living in the home they once shared together, she works in the local kids hair salon and also works for clients at the local senior centre. She may struggle to pay her bills and her plumber but she is pretty content with her life as is thank you very much. But when she has a weird run in with the ocean and then meets a tall, hunkalicous cutie life may be perking up!
Jake Serrano is a Bear Shifter and his family made money from fishing so why can't they leave him be doing the thing he loves, fishing! He doesn't want to be stuffed in a suit, dealing with numbers. But when his brother gets into an accident and Sadie inadvertently becomes his fiancee, it leads to a comedy of errors, magical mayhem and other shenanigans! But can he keep his rapidly building feelings for his brothers psuedo fiancee under wraps until things get straightened out??
Wonderfully whacky world, comical but lovable characters and a whole lot more! Great start to a new series and I can't wait to see what mayhem unfurls next.

This was a cute story you wanted to sometimes laugh at what was happening! Hairstylist Sadie Summer lives in the small town of Enchanted Shores she can control water making her a witch, she has been adopted by a demon kitten there are two bear brothers Nate Serrano and Jake Serrano . Something's are happening in the town that can not be explained! What is happening? I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
This story follows the lines of the film 'while you were sleeping' I loved the film but don't really like it when a book steals a film outline, though saying that, when this book was deviating from that film it had a much more interesting storyline involving witches and shifters. It was a bit slow to get started but all in all it was a sweet enjoyable read.
I received a free book and voluntarily chose to review it. Liked it a lot. Sadie’s kitchen is flooding and she yells stop. The water stops running. It takes a while before she understands what has happened. That is what is unusual about this book and what makes me like it a lot.
