Trouble is once again brewing in Crystal Cove for the Summers witches.
It’s been three months since the incident that placed Max in hospital, and Jane is doing her best to cope. When an invitation to attend a book club ends with a local bookstore owner found dead, Jane is forced back into putting her sleuthing hat on to figure out who the murderer is.
Meanwhile, her cousins, the witches council and her father are hatching a plan to put a stop to Lilly’s evil ways while Whitney hunts down someone who might be able to help Max.

It took awhile...
I have been reading theses books off and on for awhile, some are good, some are better but in this book I finally came to care about the characters. There are a lot of characters that change but it feels like they are fleshing out into real people. Thanks Emma a lot of murders but you finally have my full attention.

FANTASTIC
This is the edge of your seat book in this series. MS Watts needs to get the next book in this series out. I just can't wait till this series gives me some answers to all my questions. Great read!

Crystal Cove Witchy Mystery
This was a nice read with twists. All the L names and two Bri(y) an was confusing at first . I liked the characters. They were well developed and rounded.

I'm really enjoying this series. I love the characters and they have grown through all the books in the series. In this book we find out a bit about the witch hunters and finally Jane and Co. go on the offense against Lilly, her mother. With disastrous consequences. Like Jane, I should have seen that one coming but didn't. And I'm getting pretty tired of the Lilly storyline. On the other hand, Max is back at the end of the book. Can't wait until #14 comes out!

Good story
All in all I love this series. It's gotten better as it's gone along. At first they were a bit scattered and the murders were solved too quickly and too tidy. It's better in the later books, just wish the stories were a bit longer.

Left wanting more.
I enjoyed reading this book as much as all the first twelves. I read the series of books in just over 2 weeks, I would highly recommendations would give it a 5 stars. Also wondering if there will be any more in this series.

One of the best of the series.
The most exciting book of the series. Max is ok, but Lizzy isn't. Mommy dearest is in the wind. I can't wait for the next book.
