Each of the Remington brothers has met their special lady. They're ready to get married, settle down and embark upon the next chapter of their lives.
You are cordially invited to join Mason and Gina, Shane and Cassidy, Carter and Summer, and Beau and Corinne in their celebrations.
Of course, things never go smoothly when you're planning a wedding - let alone four of them.
Four Weddings and a Vendetta is NOT intended to be read as a stand alone novel. This book is for my lovely readers who have enjoyed the first four Remington Ranch books. It's a chance to join the brothers and their brides on their way to wedded bliss - unless a certain bad Guy out for vengeance can stop them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hi, I'm SJ. A coffee addict, lover of chocolate and drinker of good red wines. I'm a lost soul and a hopeless romantic. Reading and writing are necessary parts of who I am. Though perhaps not as necessary as coffee! I can drink coffee without writing, but I can't write without coffee.
I grew up loving romance novels, my first boyfriends were book boyfriends, but life intervened, as it tends to do, and I wandered down the paths of non fiction for many years. My life changed completely a couple of years ago and I returned to Romance to find my escape.
I write 'Sweet N Steamy' stories because to me there is enough angst and darkness in real life. My favorite romances are happy escapes with a focus on fun, friendships and happily-ever-afters, just like the ones I write.
These days I live in beautiful Montana, the last best place. If I'm not reading or writing you'll find me just down the road in the park - Yellowstone. I have deer, eagles and the occasional bear for company, and I like it that way :0)
I like this book, but it definitely isn't as wonderful as the other books in the series. Probably because I don't care too much about details of weddings, and so much of the book (about 1/4, I think) was all about the four weddings. Not that that is bad, necessarily, I just don't find it interesting.
The vendetta part of the story was far more interesting to me, which is good, because the bulk of the story was about the Remingtons trying to figure out how to deal with the thorn in their side which is Guy Preston. I thought the author did a good job of drawing it out and finally into the resolution. Not to give any spoilers, but the trick was to tie the law's hands so that it was up to the Remingtons to deal with him - without breaking the law themselves. I thought SJ McCoy walked that line pretty well.
We also got to see a lot more of Chance in this book, whetting our appetite for his story - which I understand will be a three book spinoff. Chance is a very complex character, and I enjoyed getting to know more about him. I don't know what his story is going to be about, but I'm quite sure I will enjoy it.
The four stars is entirely because of the way I couldn't get excited about the weddings. It has nothing to do with the writing, which is very good.
As far as content, I would rate this PG17. There is a bit of innuendo, and plenty of swearing, including f-bombs - though not too much by my standards. I don't remember any graphic sex scenes, although there is reference to it, and at least one "closed door." There is also some violence, both 'on screen' and off, and plenty of suspense.
Absolutely brilliant, chapter 1 to the end, suspense Chance wondering if he'd go to prison for getting that Guy, all of the love that the brothers share, Chance I hope gets his girl. Loved the strength April showed against guy, just a brilliant romantic breathtakingly good book. Can't wait for more, I might just go back down memory lane n 're reading mason Carter beau and Shane.
This final book to the brothers portion of the Remington Ranch series is both gratifying and suspenseful. The suspense carried throughout the book concerning the vendetta keeps the reader second guessing what untoward action might happen next. While the question of the book's characters safety shadows us throughout, the rebuilding of the family's closeness becomes paramount. Four "Montana men" brothers each marrying the woman perfect for him is rewarding to experience. Each brother has his own strength, and weaknesses. Through these women they realize how important family and their futures are. They aren't perfect but they are determined and in all these books it's wonderful to see communication and truth between couples carrying the day. I can hardly wait for the fifth "brother", Chance, to get his own book, he certainly deserves it.
I absolutely loved this book, it was a great way to end the series. I was pulled in from page 1 and stayed that way until the end. I have to say I no longer have a favourite I love all four brothers equally. Yes I cried again and even more at this book than any of the others, I also laughed. SJ McCoy knows how to keep you captivated with her books. This truly is a great read, not just this book but the whole series. I highly recommend it. It is so worth more than 5 stars only wish I could give it more. I am secretly hoping that this won't be the last of the Remington family, maybe one day in the future we will get an up date on how everyone is doing. One can hope any way.
The day the brothers get their gals for life, and that justice has it's day.
This is the last book about the Remington boys, the perfect end to the courtships and the first days of wedded bliss. All of the couple's have had troubled times but their love for each other has given them strong bonds ,as couples and as a growing family. This series is another hit for me, I love the way SJ writes, with adventure and love. Happy Reading:-
Aww, this is such a great read. The combining of the Remington weddings is amazing. Really made a great read. However, as with anything, nothing ever runs smoothly. Guy Preston, who we met in earlier books, rears his ugly head. This keeps everyone on their toes. A really lovely read. I love my Remington boys, and this was a great combination of all the brothers. Can’t wait for more on Chance.
It finally came to be...the weddings of four of the Remington sons! Getting guy taken care of had me on pins and needles. I guessed before it happened what " my beat" had up his sleeve for Adria and most precious Miss Ruby! I cried I loved it I want more on these couples please SJ McCoy and thank you for some great stories on these brothers!!!
I started reading this series with the Summer Lake box set books 1-3)..... After I finished I kept readingthrough the series... Each story is its own standalone HEA, but then they ALL blend together and go SO well together. I've read through them all-(not just this series!), you will do the same!! I CANNOT wait for SJ's next book!!!
I loved this series and it was wrapped up in a very good way. The love and friendship between the couples was very believable and easy to follow. The bad guy got what he deserved, and they all got their happy ending.
The Remington’s stole my heart. I loved the series so much. I have new friends in Montana lol. I loved Dave and Monique and the family dynamics, I wish they were all real. Great suspense and love throughout.
I got the 1st book of this series on kindle unlimited and loved it so much I bought the rest of them. This is the final book and ties up the 4 brothers stories beautifully. I now need to read Chances's story. Loving the Remington boys ❤️
This was a great end to a series. All through the book suspense was maintained keeping he reader hooked. You had to continue reading just to find out how it would end. The story is first and foremost about family. Great job on this book SJ.
This is an outstanding. I love all the families and connecting all the characters. Ruby still steals the show and I love her. This book leaves you with a warm heart and happiness for good old fashion values!
By the time I read most of Book One, I ordered the rest. They were chain-reading worthy. I crave the chance to read Chance's story as well as Autumn's.
Another good read in regard to the Remiton boys and their love lives. Except for Chance who was the "adoptive" brother. You would need to read the series to find out who is who etc. Good storyline.
S.J.McCoy has me totally hooked on this series cant ever get enough. Love her Style of writing I will say that I admire her and her ablilty to capture your attention.
Loved this series! SJ McCoy once again shows the strength of love and family. And how those bonds are not always blood. They conquer all even the crazies in the world.
A great ending to a great series. I really enjoyed reading about the Remington's. I enjoyed each of the books especially the this last one. It left me with a smile.
This oh this was the best of the four and that's saying something it had me up down then up again can't you manage a few more love all your books thank you Glynis.
There is an old saying if something goes horribly wrong at your wedding then it is meant to be a lifetime together. SJ McCoy hits this one out of the park. There are twists and turns all through this book sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. Just how crazy is Guy Preston, he blames all the Remington's for his life falling apart. No one is safe, where will he strike next.
I loved this thriller/romance. It is a new twist to SJ McCoy's other books. It is a wonderful finally to the Remington Ranch Series. However it is not the end. There is still one more Remington out there who is learning the true meaning of family. It is not blood that makes a family strong it is love, honor and acceptance. No doubt SJ McCoy will bring us along for his ride of a lifetime. With her artistry for words, she will continue to bring life to this Montana family.
This book was the icing on the cake for the Remington Ranch series. All the loose ends from the previous books in the series were all tied up nicely. To fully appreciate this book you really should read Mason, Beau, Shane and Carter's stories before reading this one. These are four very close brothers and have had to deal with alot in life to finally find their happy ever after. I was really sorry for their stories to end but now I have my eye on Chance's story. He is the fifth 'brother'. He is a complex guy and he must have quite a story to tell as it takes three books to tell it. Loved this series!
