Survive - Day Two continues the journey of Porter Law, his brother Red, and June as they travel across a ravaged American landscape. A coronal mass ejection has crippled the United States' electrical grid, but that's the least of their worries. A new disease has emerged, the result of bio-terrorism, and it's turning the populace into raging, murderous psychopaths determined to spread the disease.

Porter, Red, and June are on their way to Texas, but the trip'll be anything but easy. They're still recovering from the attack on the road, and will be forced to make some hard decisions about whether to stay together, and what the cost will be if they do. Supplies are going to run low, and the trip seems doomed from the very start, but Porter's determined to get to his family no matter the cost.

The second installment in this series or day two full of hairy moments and a lot of hold your breath…Oh No’s! Porter, Red and June have their hands full in trying to survive as the world is going to hell and are put into some pretty precarious situations. The story does take a dark turn but given the circumstances, nothing else could have been done in the situation. Definitely an excellent story line and also a very scary one in which this could possibly happen in our day and age. If you are looking for a good story to read, then this is one I recommend. I am so looking forward to day three!

Its getting interesting.

Day two shows you can't let your guard down. Our characters still aren't sure exactly what they are dealing with but are beginning to realize that its bigger than they thought. Fwiw, I think Abraham was handled with compassion given the options. You'll have to read to know what that nugget means

Exciting read!

Mr. Wise has done it again for the second book in the series. A edge of your seat thriller you want to read straight through to the end and can't wait to read the next book on the journey of Porter, Red and June as they traverse through the unknown. Love the author's notes at the end.

Day Two: The action ramps up and the relationships are pushed deeper. There's a particularly gruesome sequence that was very reminiscent of Deadlocked, and the characters have to make tough choices that will haunt them likely throughout the series. It's tough to review Survive because its very episodic in nature, and thus there's still a ton of story left to tell. As a whole I'm really enjoying the slower build as the adventure unfolds. My only gripe would be that sometimes it felt like the characters forgave each other for the sake of moving the plot along and continuing as a team, but otherwise Survive is showing some great potential to be mentioned among both the Deadlocked and 314 series as Wise's best stuff.

I didn't want it to end!

I wanted more it just pulls you in deeper . This is a must read can't wait for the next.
