Short book about how to overcome fear. Some are standard, (stop negative self talk) and some are humorous(eating dark chocolate.
My only disagreement with the author is to see a doctor, a thing she does not mention. I have a chemical shortage in my brain that I take medication for. I could do all these steps and it would not change anything. You can argue the negativity caused the chemical shortage and I can say the chemical shortage cause the negativity. Whichever it is, some need to be on medication and that is a step that was ignored.

Annalie Coetzer came up with an inspiring and motivational guide meant to overcome the fear in all its aspects and, as I’m an avid reader who’s looking to become a better version of myself, I found her book a helpful and life-changing reading. The topic approached made me realize the main reason for which my personal development is not as fast as I would like, even if I’m working on it – the fear (of trying new things, of overstepping my comfort zone and of taking the initiative).

I appreciated the author’s professionalism and, as we are living in a world where we never have enough time for us, I liked the fact that the book is straight to the point, being well-structured in 52 valuable pieces of advice.

I highly recommend “52 Ways to OVERCOME FEAR” to everyone! It’s a great start-up for the ones who want a remarkable change both on a personal and professional level!
