I loved this pocket guide. It offered around 130 meditations in several areas (peace, intention, synchronicity, friendship, love, gratitude and more). Many of the meditations were simple yet powerful, and I genuinely felt calmer and more grounded after meditating on them. Good to see the variety of ideas.
I didn’t get through all of them though. Some didn’t quite resonate with me due to religious reasons and a few needed a specific setting like being out in nature. But overall, it’s a lovely little book to keep on hand whenever you need a moment of reflection.
