Colby got into a crooked poker game and lost. He was expecting to be beaten but Barian and Kort step in and save him. The two alphas claim him as their omega. When the crooked player tries to kill them for exposing his cheating, Barian and Kort are shot. Despite needing to heal first, Barian is determined to eliminate the threat to his small pack as soon as possible.
