An interesting but superficial peek into nutrition response testing. I was hoping that this book would detail the applied kinesiology method used by practitioners, but surprisingly, it was completely omitted. Due to the glaring absence of this essential information, the book is merely a collection of testimonials that, to a keen or skeptical reader, do not provide enough information for buy-in into the process. I found this disappointing, even though I do believe in the general principle of how nutrition response testing works.

I’ve been doing Nutrition Response Testing for 2 months now and this feels like review. Each chapter was dedicated to a issue someone may be having and then it listed how NRT solves that problem.

Overall, I found this book to be a helpful read, as I am new into the “Nutrition Response Testing” world. HOWEVER, I did feel like the book was geared more towards testimonials. As a “newbie” I was hoping for more information about the program that has been studied and proven to work, but was kind of left feeling like the author was very biased regarding his program. What stops him from making up these so called “reviews/testimonials” himself.🤷🏼‍♀️

Very interesting. Im skeptical, but am willing to give this Nutritional Response Testing my full effort and dedication. Give it a chance to prove me wrong. Still skeptical.
