I must say when I first saw the title of the book, the first thing that came to my mind was, 'I’m not relocating yet'. But then I began to read and believe you me, I started uncovering so many gems and I kept at it. This came to mind, “when you discover a single gem in an area, there most possibly are several other gems around that location, so keep searching”. This was my experience with ‘Relocation Without Deformation’…amazing. Starting from the author’s own experience with making the decision as to what destination to pick from and setting objectives to setting up smart goals, actions steps, tracking those goals and networking. In addition, the inspiration to believe, follow guidelines and finally realising your goals was made plain–to follow your dreams. The author brings to light that you should plan for the future and celebrate all your achievements. The resources in this book cannot to be quantified (extremely valuable) and I for one became wealthier with solid information to apply henceforth. Splendid read, experience it!!

I greatly enjoyed Relocation Without Dislocation by Ndeye Labadens. A creature of habit, I've remained in one place all my life and always found the thought of moving, particularly to an entirely different country, to be stressful and overwhelming. Ms. Labadens breaks the process down, sharing positive examples from her own experiences with moving to various locations all around the world. Her S.M.A.R.T goals and action steps are invaluable. Her advice on networking is spot-on!

This book is a must-read for anyone looking to relocate, and anyone who fears the act of moving. Relocation doesn't equal dislocation from the rest of your life. A very comforting thought, one I will keep with me for years to come!

Whether you are relocating for work, school, or retirement-- this book is a valuable tool to help ease the anxiety of the transition. I especially like the packing to do's and lists to keep you organized throughout the process. Learning how to network and stay connected to your circle is essential and this author teaches skillfully from her own personal growth and worldly experience.
