Stephanie Higgins has been writing since elementary school. In college, she became more serious about it, taking creative writing classes
and crafting short stories. She left her English literature major behind to join her military husband in traveling the world. Higgins has held
leadership positions in women’s ministry and in military spouse groups. She began the Favored series with no idea that the twins she featured in the first novel would soon become part of her own story. She writes in her spare time between serving as a chauffeur, chef, maid, and referee for her three awesome kids.

With a passion for providing clean young adult fiction, Stephanie is a longtime fan of fantasy fiction. Her writing is inspired by some of her
favorite books by Mercedes Lackey, Tamora Pierce, and J.K. Rowling.

Stephanie has three published books- Favored, Foretold, and The Forgotten Land.

Great read!

I really like this book! The characters were well rounded and the story was paced in an engaging manner. I will definitely be reading more from this author!

Fun read!

Great first book from this new author. Fast paced action and some fun interplay between characters. I look forward to the next installment.
