An amazing collection of stories from Australian business women and entrepreneurs. Each chapter is defined by a particular human characteristic. I love the concept of 'gumption trigger' and how the various chapters related to this. The stories are raw yet inspiring at times and I am sure most women will be able to identify with some elements in the personal journeys shared. The women featured in the book have shared very personal stories and they have demonstrated courage in doing so. That is why I have rated this as 5 stars because it is not often that such personal and remarkable stories are collated in one book. It is well written and easy to read. I could not put it down and read most of it in 4 hours.

This book made me laugh and it made my cry. Such a unique concept which allowed the authors to tell their stories behind the stories.
Disclaimer: I am featured in this book - but that doesn't mean I enjoyed the other stories any less! They are a bunch of incredible women.
