I could not put this book down!! It's actually the rain I attended the 3 day event. It's full of knowledge and he writes of pitfalls he's faced and shares his highs as well. Whilst reading, you really get the sense that he wants everyone to win. Scott Jelinek's "Work Just Gets in the Way" is a must read if you're a real estate investor.
