The first one is shotacon doujinshi with a few funny moments, the second one is a mini-story telling us about intercourses between Light who lost his memory and L who suspects Light to be Kira, but succumbing to his desires.
The 2nd story was much more to my liking, because it left certain places blank and mysterious. Light doesnt know what he will do, if they discover that he is Kira, and L has worries that Light is a great actor, who did everything (including sex) for probing L.
