الكتاب جميل بس نظرا لخلفية الكاتب اللي هو قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث خلفية دينية
ولانه رجل دين من الطراز الاول فكل الكلام عن الجسد و الروح
وكيفية التحكم في الجسد و ازاي يكون جسد طاهر بلا دنس
وازاي نسلك على حسب الروح لنرث ملكوت الله و ازاي يكون ملكوت الله بداخلنا ونعيش بحسب انجيل المسيح
