Nice overview of the mental health facts and fictions. Spectrum of the book is broad and the chapters are short so you can briefly scan the topics and choose the one which you could explore more in the future.

Interesting little collection of articles from their column in Scientific American on the "true and false" basic claims of mental health questions. Half of these should already by known by anyone with education or experience in psychology.
