Will she become what she hates?
Sepia's transforming. Unwillingly, she bonded with an Unholy artifact, the keystone. It possesses immense power. She's becoming a Nightmare Lord, the most powerful and evil of the Unholy.

Sepia's allies trap the power of the artifact in an inhibitor mask, their attempt to keep it from destroying her. Their strategy backfires—the mask not only blocks the transformation, it blocks Sepia from merging with her sword, Perdition, the key to saving humanity.

As her power increases, friend and foe, grow to fear her. She must evade them all as she hunts for Fuma, an elusive Ward Master. His ward key will permit her to remove the mask, before she is consumed by the darkness of the artifact, and free her to unite with Perdition.

Time is running out. Can she evade capture? Who can she trust? Will evil prevail, and Sepia become the most powerful Nightmare Lord of all time?

Orlando Sanchez has been writing ever since his teens when he was immersed in creating scenarios for playing Dungeon and Dragons with his friends every weekend. I really enjoy reading all of Orlando's books and Sepia Blue was no exception. Seeing how I discovered this series late I thought it would be a complete 3 book series (especially due to the release dates 2014 - 2016) I thought wrong 😞
Imagine my disappointment once I got to the end of book 3 to find it leaves us with a huge cliff hanger of an ending. I headed straight over to Amazon to download the next book only to discover there isn't a next book ... no book 4 to be found anywhere (unless I'm looking in the wrong place?)
Please finish the rest of this fantastic series, I need to know what happens and how this story ends.

Cliff hanger

I'm reading the last two story's again. Because they were great. But if this last book that I haven't finished isn't a new book. A book that finishes the story, I will be angry. You do not leave your readers with a cliff hanger and never go back to finish it the books most advertised right now is Sepia Blue. That is unfair if. It's been two years and 400 books later, so in starting reading the last I'm not positive but I think I've read it before and. That means you Still haven't finished. If that's the case I will boycott your books

I enjoyed this series but I really wish the author would reconsider his use of cliffhangers. I have no confidence that he'll actually come back to a series and continue his stories. It's really making me reconsider reading any more of his books, even though I enjoyed this series and I like the Montague & Strong series even more.

I think if I try anymore of his books I'm gonna be checking the last pages first. I won't read any more books by him that don't end with an ending.

Fast paced and character rich!

Orlando does it again! Keeping with his magical themes he draws dynamic characters and work his plot lines cleanly. His writing reads effortlessly.

The final twist of book 3 isn’t as strong as I had hoped, but I’m sure the characters will come back to earth (?) in the next of the series.

Brilliant

Brilliant series, I thoroughly enjoyed reading these books. I'm hoping there's more to come! Orlando pulls you in with his words, it's like you're right there with the characters in the room, rather than reading the book.

Excellent

So, followed Sepia through her journey to find her past and her power. Book three does not disappoint. Sanchez gives us lots of great characters, good and bad. Can’t wait for the next book.

Damn cliffhangers!

I was really hoping things would have wrapped up in this one, but it looks like I’ll have to be patient.

You quite literally pick up right where you left off a real page Turner. Fun from start to finish. It rolls in the mouth like a fine wine.

Another series caught up on.

So much good stuff here, I really hope the pay off is there in the end. More back story, still don't know what's going on.

Fast, violent thrilling and surprising - good fun and twisty - some laments are not clear but I hope that means the next volume will have insights

Thoroughly Enjoyed

I can't wait for the next installment. This third book helps to clear some questions from the previous two while adding a whole bunch more questions. I usually like reading suspense, action and or thriller novels with some romance mix into it for the main character, which this one doesn't have from what I can see so far, but that did not deter from its enjoyment.
The plots thickens with this installment. All the players are in their proper roles with their beliefs. The author did an amazing job of creating characters that you have no choice but to like, yes...even the enemies are likable and honorable.
Like I said, I cannot wait until the next one releases.

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book. It follows nicely on from the previous two books.
Orlando has managed to yet again write a book that draws you in and keep you hooked from page one.
I look forward to book four.
