Top marks as a comedic work and the precursor to Ancient Aliens: "Could it be? Coincidence? Chance? Nonsense?". I have to say, little room is left for other types of ancient aliens to do their scheming alongside the Mayans. You would best look elsewhere if you want a diverse perspective on the acts of the Mayan's cosmic chums

Mystery of the Ancients: Early Spaceman & the Maya’s was as bad as I thought. But I had to stick it out.

The book had some decent info, and it was interesting to read a book published in 1976. So many advances have been made in the last 40+ years. I wonder what an updated version of this book would say? This topic interests me but this had the writing quality of my senior thesis, not good.

This book has overestimated Mayan culture . It wrongly identifies Mayans for inventing zero and not the Hindus. This is incorrect and poorly researched.

Ties in with the whole crystal skulls thing
