Very cool little old book with some good wisdom in it. Will need to out some of it into practice to see how effective the methods are tho I think the material in this book can relate to things other than running races.

Short and vividly concise read. Learn about how your body has natural rhythms and patterns, when if used correctly, lets you peak on demand. This system is configured through the sacred nature based Fibonacci Numbers. Consistent Winning lays out an easy to follow schedule of training and rest that will fit into any sport. It probably lists over 100 real life examples of athletes that have set personal, olympic and world records using one of the three training cycles. Recommended for any serious competitive athlete or trainer and the layman in everyday life alike.
