Interesting. There are 3 people this book kind of follows through their treatment of eating disorders - one bulimic, one anorexic, and one overeater. It give advice on how to correct these situations if it happens to be you, and the advice seems reasonable. But it is for extremes, not for someone who needs to lose 5 pounds or something.

I would have DNF’d this book if I wasn’t at the gym and didn’t want to take the time to find something else to listen to. I do not think the information is up to date. I do not think what the author shared is necessarily true or helpful. It wasn’t written very well and I really didn’t like the narrator. I felt like I was being scolded the whole time. I would not recommend this one. If you are looking for help with eating and weight, I highly recommend Full by Asherita Ciu Ciu or Revelations Wellness by Alisa Keaton or Breaking Free From Body Shame by Jess Connolly I think you will find more up to date information, helpful suggestions, and hope in their pages.
