The Dreams Book: Finding Your Way in the Dark

Rate this book
As Yehuda Berg showed with The 72 Names of God, hidden beneath the surface of ancient texts exist powerful, transformative technologies. In The Dreams Book, Berg examines the meanings of dreams by using Kabbalistic principles. Dreams, he says, offer valuable messages and wisdom, and to ignore them is the same as leaving a potentially life-changing letter unopened. Berg shows readers how to interpret the directions in their dreams, from how to find a soul mate to ways to deflect negative energy and judgments.

Wished it was longer and more detailed. He touches the topic at surface level, and leaves the reader with a cool dream symbol to aid in sleep and healing while sleeping.

The last several pages of the book he gives you information to interpret your own dreams and their potential meanings. I love that part. And use the book daily to help understand any dreams I have, whether they’re good, bad, ugly or happy! Definitely recommend.

I wish it was longer and had more information about dream interpretation. That being said, it is a nice, short, easy introductory book. It also has a prayer/meditation which I found very useful and it does have some great tips about opening up your mind/soul to being more receptive.

Leuk, klein boekje voor als je geïnteresseerd bent in dromen en/of Kabbala. Staat voor een niet-beginner weinig nieuws in.

I bought this book at a Kaballah seminar that I went with my mom to just to see how it was. It was pretty cool and interesting. Near the end of the seminar I noticed that there were books available for purchase and this instantly caught my eye. It's a nice read, especially if you were as into dream meanings as I once was.
