Most of the contemporary authors in Hinglish are using such trending collection of student life stories and it does the trick. This one is interesting and has all the right masalas. I thoroughly enjoyed the relatable content and it was so engaging that i clung to it all the while till the end while other books i was reading (i read multiple books simultaneously) waited for my attention till this one ended.

PS. I was able to predict every event in the plot. Maybe I’m as ‘smart’ as Anurag hahaha

light hearted reads subtly capturing emotional turmoil and puerile love of youthful days.

1. A feather light reads for good times that reminds you of your youthful days specially for those born in eighties.

2. Gives realistic narration of love that happens between a boy and girl. Stupid and courageous things that young ones do while in relationship.

3. Emphasise on importance of friendships and reiterates how important it is to have a true friend that standa by you in your tough times.

4. Gives description of confusion and so called 'sins' which those coming from smaller towns, may commit while comming to large cities.

5. Overall a flavourful Kulfi and awesome Cappuccino.

6. Complements to Ashish for perfectly blending his words to churn out a perfect recipe that satiates your hunger for good contemporary Hindi fiction.

Very ordinary story line. You can read it just for time pass. Don't expect much from the book.

I don’t know why but I liked the book.

I liked the moments described with small romance.
Made me recall my college days and romance before wedding, of course with girlfriend who became my wife..

I listened this book on audible and narrator is also excellent.

Good one but too many coincidences!

Light hearted story. Narration was nice, except for the end part wherein story became quite predictable. Name of the book could have been "Coincidences" as story was around so many coincidences.

A very good backstory ruined by pulp fiction style storytelling. Absolute absence of novel elements.

The narrative is just too good for a Hindi novel. The characters fully tie up towards the end. Some of the thoughts of the main character are certainly catchy. All in all, a good one time read.

I normally don’t read Hindi much. So the idea behind reading this book was to make sure my Hindi was still in working order, it was. But the book doesn’t work for me. It’s simple story pining it’s entire weight on the nostalgic value. Unimaginative writing with a liner story line. Writer just mingles you the relations towards the end to give it bit of wow factor, but fails. Find a better book.
