#NDIO : THE ENGINEER
Vikas woke up with a start. Shrouded in the darkness of night, wracked with confusion and pain, he kept drifting in and out of consciousness. When he woke up next, the sight of his parents greeted him. But, his relief was short lived, for a few feet away stood the police. His dread compounded by the fact that he was in a hospital.
Later in the day, Vikas, more in control of his senses, thanks to a concoction of vitamins and glucose being pumped into him steadily, fought to recall everything that had led to this point. His first encounter with Rokesh followed by Moon, the code-savvy Nerdy, Parasite – the life-sucking know-it-all and of course Nikita. Slowly the memories started unfolding and with them came the reasons that made him the most important person in their lives.
Join Vikas in this journey as he realizes the meaning of friendship, family, academics and what it is like to risk everything in pursuit of an idea.
ABOUT
Mayur I am Mayur, a native of the city of oranges. I was someone who was never famous in my primary or secondary school where bullies made me cry with their nature.So, books became my non living friends.
Writing for me was never full time.I started expressing emotions with my simple 12 line poems.Many of my technical experiments could not get through. Therefore, I started collating those ideas and put them in the story with help from my friends.
The plan did not work out as I had envisioned. Anyway, that's how I became an author.
Siddharth The perfect advisor with real life decisions. This Experience came from meeting different people while switching schools and colleges. Not a conventional Engineer (i.e. Biotechnology) from SASTRA. Moved to Mumbai and got settled in career as well personal life (Married). An avid reader and a comic book fan . His many advices became food for thoughts during writing
