Not every recipe in the book is Japanese. Just because there's one Japanese ingredient does not make a dish Japanese. There are also other recipes that are not Japanese. There's nothing wrong with the recipes but the title of the book makes the reader think that each recipe is indeed Japanese. However, I'll give the book a three star for the effort alone.
